Chapter 25

Nala

August was driving super fast down this dark road. Baby you're gonna crash. But August kept driving. August please stop.

He skirted in the dirt and stopped. He laid his head on the steering wheel. I grabbed for his hand and he jumped and looked at me. As he jumped I jumped too in shock.

He moved his hand to my face and shoved his lips on to mine. I got on top of him as he pushed his chair back.

"Baby you know I wouldn't hurt you right ?" I looked at him and said yes baby I was just scared af. Didn't know how you were gonna think infront of that man.

He turned his head and I turned it back, watching tears fall down his face. This was the first time I had ever seen him cry. I wiped his tears from his face as I placed my pink lips on his.

"I love you." "Baby I love you more." "I ain't never gone let nobody hurt you." "I know baby just shhh." He laid his head on top of my chest as I rubbed his head. "Ight babe lets go."

3 hours later

August
I walked into the Marriott hotel as Nala walked behind me. "How may I help you sir?" I need a suite fast. "It's available right now sir, enjoy." "Thank you." I grabbed the keys and went to the elevator.

Nala was holding her head she had a knot on the side. "Baby I'm sorry." "It's okay August, I'm fine." 

"No you're not and its because of me."

We entered the hotel and Nala took off her adidas. I sat on the bed and she came right next to me, caressing my shoulder.

"Nala I ain't good for you." "August don't even talk like that."

"Nah I'm not good for you, you gotta get away from me."

She got up and started to drop her dress down from her thighs to the floor. I kissed her thigh as she got on top of me. "Baby you're all I need."

"I'm not any good for you Nala and I just wanna see you safe." "And when I'm with you I'm safe."

She licked down my neck, and started to kiss down my chest. As she was unzipping my pants she raised her eyes to mine and she said "you're good for me."

*next day*
Nala

I woke up and stretched my legs out. And when I opened my eyes August was gone. I looked in the bathroom and in the little kitchen area and yet still he wasn't there. What the fuck? I seen a little note next to the side of the tv with a white rose.

Dear Nala,
Baby girl I love you so so much, but I ain't good for you no more ma. I've put you through too much and I know my time has to becoming. I don't want them coming after you. You need to go on with your life and forget about me. I'm only writing this because I love you and don't want you to get hurt Nala. I hope you understand.
