Running Into Fate

Lyric's pov-
When we get to our apartment building its all ready dark. Walking in we get our keys to our apartment and head up. Nevaeh and i got a big apartment. It has an upstairs and a nice living room and kitchen. We had sent our stuff here earlier. So it should be set up. Walking down the hall to get to out apartment we cross an apartment that a lot of noise is coming from we think nothing of it.
"I can't believe we finally moved here. This is going to be great." I say. We reach our door and open it.
"Wow." Nevaeh and i say in sync. Walking in slowly closing the door behind us. We admire the huge apartment. This is better than I imagined. The kitchen is huge and awesome the living room is freaking huge with a lot of seats and a big flat screen tv. We run up the stairs to our rooms. Running to mine i stop dead in my tracks. Its GORGEOUS!

I set my bag down and fall back on my bed. Its so soft.
"LYRIC!" Nevaeh yells from her room. I just laid down come on!
"WHAT!"
"COME SEE MY ROOM!" Might as well. I get up lazily and walk into her room. Holy crap this is awesome. I still like my room better tho.

"Your going to put Pokemon stuff on your bed aren't you." I state more than ask.
"Yep." She answers popping the 'p'. I laugh shaking my head.
"Go to bed we are doing a video tomorrow." I say hitting her with a pillow.
"Not nice. But ok. I will check out your room tomorrow. After the video we are going to walk around to see where everything is right?"
"Yeah."

-----------time skip to morning----

Waking up to the smell of bacon. I get up and walk downstairs. In the kitchen there is a plate for me already made with COFFEE!
"What has you in a good mood?" I ask. Nevaeh usually never makes me my plate and she does not make me coffee.
"Our new home i guess." She smiles at me taking a sip of her hot chocolate that has whipped cream on the top. She hates coffee so she drinks hot chocolate in the mornings. I pick up a piece of bacon about to bite into it when the door bell rings.
"Who is that?" I ask.
"How am I supposed to know. I don't have x-ray vision." I roll my eyes and walk toward the door with Buddy. Opening the door i see the dude that was at the airport yesterday.
"Are you stalking me?" I ask jokingly. He smiles and shakes his head.
"Im actually your neighbor-" he says pointing down the hall. "- and i was wondering if you guys have sugar?"
Buddy sniffs at Brendan's feet and licks his hand. I guess they weren't bad after all.
"Yeah. Come in." I say opening the door wider so he can come in.
"WHO IS AT THE DOOR?" Nevaeh calls from the kitchen.
"Brendan, from the airport yesterday." I say walking into the kitchen. "He is our neighbor and is wondering if we have any sugar that we can give him." She nods and gets a plastic baggy out and pours some sugar in it then handing it to him.
"Thank you. I like sugar in my tea in the mornings." He says. Who drinks tea in the morning?
"You don't like coffee?" He gives a disgusted face.
"You don't drink tea in the morning!"
"Coffee is way better."
"No its not!"
"Yes it is!"
"No!"
"Yes!"
"No!"
"No!"
"Yes!"
"Thank you for agreeing." I smirk.
"You tricked me. That not fair." He laughs.

Nevaeh's pov-

Watching Lyric and Brendan argue is quite amusing. While they were arguing the door bell rang again. Who can it be this time? Opening the door. A guy with blonde hair and blue eyes standing there.
"Can i help you with something?" I ask.
"Yeah, i was wondering if my friend come over here asking for some sugar?" I nod and open the door wider. I lead him to the kitchen where Lyric and Brendan are talking.
"Brendan come on! You were supposed to be back like 5 months ago!"
"Sorry. Bye girls. Thank you for the sugar again."
"No problem."
