Chapter 2

Connor and Nina just stared at each other until they heard someone cough in the background.

"Baby, aren't you going to introduce me to your guest?!" Dina interrupted

That caused Nina and Connor to break their staring competition.

"Uhmm sweetheart this is My daughter Lilian and her mom Nina." Connor said nervously.

"Ohhhh so you're Nina, hmmmmm small world. Connor I didn't know that you were into bla- I mean girls who aren't Irish."

Nina knew exactly what Dina was going to say and apparently so did Connor.

"Yes I suppose, I guess I'm a bit open mined."

"We'll miss Nina we have alot of catching up to do. Connor can I speak to you for a minute?!"

"Sure!"

Connor placed Lily on her feet and went into the kitchen with Dina.

"Whats the matter?"

"Honey! I think you forgot to tell me that she's black and so is your child." Dina replied changing her tone of voice.

"Does it matter?"

" Of course it fucking matters. You liking black girls doesn't sit well with me Connor Ferell."

"Are you really debating about black girls right now Dina?!! Are you fucking serious?!! Nina and I aren't together anymore okay, and that's that. However my daughter is half black, so you're going to have to get used to it! Discussion OVER!"

Connor marched out the kitchen and returned to the living room. He wasn't in the mood to handle Dina's bitch fits.

"Daddy did mommy and I get miss Dee Dee angry?" Lily said frowning.

"Oh no no baby, she was just....telling me how she wanted to get to know you that all.

"Oh really....doesn't seem like it" Nina murmured

"Hey daddy I drew this for you when I was on the plane."

"Aww really. Thank you sweetheart. What is it?"

"It's a picture of you me and mommy living in a BIG castle. We're all fairies and we have magical powers."

Connor looked it daughter and smiled. He loved the drawing although it was terrible.

"Thank you baby. I love it so much! Ummm can I talk to mommy for a second?!"

"Okay."

"Thanks Lil, love you." Connor replied while he gave her a kiss.

"Love you too daddy. Bye mommy" Lily replied as she left with Martin.

Connor looked at Nina with angry eyes.

"Why the hell you looking at me like that?" Nina asked

"Because I'm fucking mad Nina! This is the first time in months since I saw Lily, don't you think that it's a bit selfish you keep her away from me Nina?!"

" Dont go playing the blame game with me Connor! Don't ever think that I tried to keep her away from you. I've always wanted to bring her, but ever since we ended out relationship all you did was screw every girl in sight just to make me feel like shit. Do you think I want my child in that kind of environment Connor?"

"Oh save the bullshit for some other asshole Nina!! You know that I'm better than that. Don't go blaming shit on me when you're at fault. Acting all sweet and innocent when youre a damn slut."

Nina looked at Connor in amazement.

" I'm glad that's how you feel, now I know how you really think of me. You're a piece of shit Connor and there's no fucking way that Lily is going to stay in Ireland."

"You wouldn't dare take her away from me!"

Nina went up to Connor's face until they were centimeters apart. She looked up at him and replied

"Watch me."

"Nina you can't be serious, after all we've been through, you want to take my daughter.?"

"Yes! And she's our daughter dammit. I dont know if I can trust you anymore. I hate you! I hate you so much. You just wanna judge me when you don't know shit! You don't know the hell I went through since you left."

"You fucking left me Nina, why? Huh? I love you so much, you have no fucking idea how much you mean to me! I only fucked those chicks just to forget about you, I was hurting so much after we divorced. We were only eighteen when we had Lily, but I don't regret anything. You know why Nina? You wanna fucking know why? You are my everything. You control me, you make me want to be a better person. YOU....complete me!"

Nina was left in tears all she could was cry. She walked up to him and kissed him with everything in her.

"I love you! I never stopped Connor."

"I love you so much baby." Connor replied as tears streamed down his face.

The more they kissed the more they fell back in love with each other. Every kiss ignited a fire within them.

"CONNOR WHAT ARE YOU DOING.?!" Dina shouted.
