Getting Back Whats Mine

She still wasn't back, what's taking her so long. "Lemme get up and see where she at" I walked over to the door and walked around the hallway and the door to the bathroom is closed and I can hear the shower running and I know it's her because it can't be anyone else.

I open the bathroom door and see lavender in the shower and she looks at me and doesn't say anything and goes back to what she's doing. "You mad at me ain't you?" She didn't answer. Why she gotta be like this right now. "Hello? I know you hear me".

She looked at me and rolled her eyes "what nigga? Why you in here? Since your dumbass rather be locked up again selling some drugs you don't gotta be in here bye you can go back to doing that shit" I rolled my eyes and sucked my teeth.

"Why you being like that I said I don't know I never said fuck you I'm with the drugs did I? No" she looked at me again and rolled her eyes.

"Ight but you ain't say I rather be with you instead of doing this dumb shit it's not worth, you retarded or something? Selling drugs more important to you then having a happy life the right way" at this point I could tell she wasn't taking any answer imma have unless it's ight I choose you.

"Watch yah mouth, I want a normal life with you I do but it's a big shift from what I'm use to lavender, so you gotta bare with me" she reached for the nozzle on the wall and the water stopped and she stepped out her body looking nice and wet. I want her but I know she not gonna let me have it.

She stepped up to me and wrapped the towel around her body and told me "well you got till tomorrow to make up your mind or you kiss me goodbye" then she walked past me and left me in the bathroom alone.

I sucked my teeth, I'm tight I didn't wanna deal with this. I got till tomorrow so I'll use the time to think till then if she wanna be mad at me and act petty then I'll deal with it for today.

The Next Day

I walked to the car and opened the door for lavender and she got in and I went around and got in the car to and we headed over to our house.

I pulled up to the house and she looked at me and said "what are we doing her I thought we was going to Ants?" She said.

"Babe ... We have nothing on us don't you think we should go in there packing instead of being empty handed? If we go up in there like this will be dead before we even get in the door"

"But there's nothing in the house he took everything" while she said that I got out the car and walked to her side of the car and leaned down to the window.

"That's what you think, come on get out" I opened the door for her and we walked to the door and walked inside. I headed upstairs and she followed behind me.

"Where you taking us there's nothing in here" I walk into our room and walk to the side dresser text to our bed and pushed it over to the side and I showed lavender the little vault.

"When did you put that there?" She said. I didn't look back at her while she was talking I was to busy tryna open the vault.

"When you weren't here it's where I put all the other important stuff" I heard the click and pulled the door open and I see everything else is still in there "thank god" I said to myself.
