Disclaimer: I don't own Ben 10.

Carl and Sandra Tennyson weren't that worried when their son haven't returned home after midnight. Sure, they hoped he was alright and not injured but they knew that there son was doing an important job of protecting the town- no, the whole world. So with this thought, they went to bed, wishing him good luck with whatever he does and that he returns home safely by next morning.

But when morning did come and Ben wasn't home yet, was when they started praying he was really okay and safe. Though even then, they knew it wasn't the first time he pulled an all nighter. So with this thought, they left to work, deciding that if by the time they were home, there was no sign of him then they will call his friends, and the police if worse comes to worst.

And so after finishing work, and returning home for dinner and finding no lazy brunette slacking on the couch or holed up in his messy room, they decided that enough is enough and gave Gwen a call asking about his whereabouts.

Gwen Tennyson had a bad feeling when her cousin declined the offer of chili fries, saying he had an important thing to do. When she asked him what it was, he shrugged her off saying that it was some stuff he should do alone. She was slightly surprised, given that he wasn't really the secretive type but then again, he is a growing teen that has a private life too.

For some reason though, the whole afternoon he would look at Kevin with a questioning look with a mix of eagerness, and that was definitely weird given they didn't get along much.

So when she received a call from her uncle who asked her if she knew where her aforementioned cousin is, she couldn't help but slightly panic as she quickly dialed a certain ex-delinquent's number to confess her worries to him.

Kevin Levin drove through the streets of Bellwood as he tapped a steady beat on the steering wheel. He was going to his garage located in the warehouses just outside of Bellwood. He had spent the night at his house, since he promised his mom to drop once in a while, after spending his day with two certain green eyed Tennysons.

Speaking of Tennysons though, he couldn't help but remember Ben's anxious look towards him, like he was waiting for something. He wanted to ask him but hesitated. He was pretty surprised though when Ben denied an offer of chili fries and simply requested from him to drop him at a Mr. Smoothie.

Suddenly his phone rang, pulling him out of his thoughts. He reached for it and looked at the caller ID.

Gwen Tennyson, it read.

Pressing the green button to accept, he greeted, "Good morning, beautiful," he teased, a grin plastered on his face, he was in a good mood today.

"Kevin!"

Her panicked voice wiped the grin off his face and replaced it with a worried frown.

"What is it?" he urged.

"Ben.... do you know where is Ben?" she was frantic.

"Uhh, no... last time we saw him we were together, remember?" He reminded.

"Yeah... sorry..." the ginger-haired girl was silent for a moment.
