Devil loves an Angel (Gruvia)

Consequences pt 1

Juvia's POV *The Next day*

"All right Fairy tail listen up!" Yelled Boss Makarov standing on a table. "We need to welcome a new member to our family. Miss Juvia Lockser is now an official gang member," The entire Gang cheered, "Now let's party!" At these words everyone went crazy. I could see cana finish her first barrel and start her second, dang that girl can drink. I walk over to the table where Gray, natsu, Erza, lucy and Levy are setting. Lucy jumps up and hugs me. 

 "Juvia," She squealed, "you're no longer an honorary member. Tonight us girls are going to have a big sleepover to celebrate." 

"That's sounds like so much fun, I've never been to a sleepover before."

"You're going to love it, we watch movies, play games, talk about the boys." explained levy with a huge smile. Somehow while we were talking the boys got into a fight over who knows what. Lucy was gazing at Natsu longingly.

"Lucy when are you going to confess your feelings for Natsu?"I asked, Lucy was fiddling with her fingers.

"W-where d-did you get the i-idea that I like N-natsu?" she was blushing from embarrassment.

"Come on Lu it's so obvious, just tell him." Levy said pushing her towards Natsu, who's fight with Gray ended when Erza knocked their heads together. Lucy nervously approached him. 

"Hey Natsu can I ask you something?" 

"Sure anything Luce." Then the two walked away together. me and Levy turned to each other and squealed. We sat watching Gray argue with Erza about something. When Levy turned toward me and said, 

"You know, Gray has changed a lot since he met you." 

"Really, how?" 

"Well he used to be so cold and frigid. It was impossible to get him to smile, he'd greet everyone with a scowl. The only person he ever talked to was Natsu and that was mostly arguing. That attitude is what earned him the title coldhearted Gray Fullbuster.  But all the has changed now that your in the picture. He smiles all the time, even laughs. Gray is also much nicer and not as cold and cut off from everyone. Granted he still is scary as hell on jobs boss sends him on. You've changed him for the better. Speak of the devil." She said as Gray was approaching us. 

  "Hey Levy, Juvia." he hugged me from behind making me blush and giggle. "Levy do you mind if I steal Juvia away for a bit." 

"Sure, have fun you two." Gray grabbed my hand and we walked away. 

"So Gray, tonight the girls are having a big sleepover." I say excitedly.

"aww I was hoping to spend the night with you." he pouted. 

"Well the day is young there is still time for us to spend together." We talk and walk to the edge of the base, where the sign is. We set against the sign I rest my head on his shoulder. "Gray have you ever killed anybody." 

"I was wondering when this question was going to come up, and yes I have killed people." He sighs. I pretty much already knew that but still wanted to ask myself. 

"Have you ever felt guilty?"

"I have, I've learned that all actions have consequences. like the action of meeting you." 

"And what was the consequence of that." I said slightly offended.  

"I fell in love," He said turning my chin to face him.

"that's not such a bad thing is it?"I lean closer to him

"It's the scariest that's happened to me." 

"Why is that" We lean closer still 

"Cause' now I'm terrified I'll lose you" we're now a centimeter apart lips almost touching. 

"I'm not going anywhere." we close the space between us in a long tender kiss. I snake my arms around his neck as his hands are placed gently on my waist. We pull away for air. 

"Promise?"

"Promise." pulls me in for a second kiss when we hear running and yelling at the mouth of the tunnel.  We sat up and Gray pushes me behind him protectively. The sounds get closer I'm scared Gray holds my hand tightly as if to say that everything will be alright.  A familiar voice  sounds yelling orders. 

"All right men secure the perimeter no one gets out, we will rid this town of these scum and save my daughter, I'm coming for you Juvia." Dad why?
