I'm Home!

I'm home! I'm finally home!!!

So when we got to Chesapeake Virginia where my mom's friend lives we got settled then immediately went out to eat at a cool Japanese place! I tried fried Sushi for the first time and I...hated it. Blech! I didn't like it very much.

We went to a bookstore around there an I got a few books! And by a few I mean about fifteen.

We then headed back to they're house and ate some dinner (we spent a lot of time at the bookstore) then a few hours later we went to Virginia beach to look at a statue of Neptune (Fangirls) and eat some frozen yogurt with one of miss so-and-so's daughters!

The next day me, my mom and her friend and three of her kids went to this place called Amazing Glazed and got some homemade donuts!! We then went to Sandbridge beach and went and swam! I had such a fun time! We got back to they're place and got our stuff and left for a two hour drive to Richmond Virginia!

When me and my mom got checked into our hotel we called one of our black belts so we could meet up to get my name tag from them. We ended up going to this place to eat called J Kogi (a Korean place it think, idk) it was delicious!

The next day I went to the convention center for my Poomsae (forms) competition and they had ESCALATORS!!!!! I'm sorry, where I live we don't have escalators. I tried to hide my excitement, and I did very well.

I placed third in my forms competition and got a shiny bronze medal!! *happy dance* I was going for first, by I'm happy I at least placed third.

Me and my mom got back to our hotel and just stayed there for a few hours (my competition started at around nine AM and ended at eleven AM) and then a little after four we went swimming!! (Not gonna say where we ate lunch cause I'm lazy)

The next morning I had to wake up at FIVE AM to get ready and pack all our things and check out. We ate breakfast at the hotel and hit the road for the convention center again. We got there before eight AM and I got a cool t-shirt then went to the holding area to warm up and wait to be called. As soon as I got in they called all colored belts (I'm a yellow belt)

I sparred the closest girl to my height  when her coach volunteered her to spar me. I has a good fight, I won 6 to 3 and I got a shiny gold medal!

After the tournament me and my mom went to eat then went on a seven hour drive towards my grandparents house and stay there the night. This morning we got up and drove home. It was the best trip EVAARRRR!!! (I know I spelt ever wrong. It was intentional.)

I know you didn't want my life's story. So I am very sorry I haven't updated at all this week, please forgive me.😔 if you have any questions just ask. I will update some stories tomorrow! Have a good week my pineapples!!!
