Opposite Twins

chapter 3

Sapphire's view:

while we were throwing pencils into the ceiling, I noticed out of the corner of my eye that kid with black fluffy hair was watching us. It creeped me out, so I told Scarlet. She glared at him.

"Take a mother fuckin' picture! It'll last longer!" I started laughing at what she said. I felt a tap on my shoulder and looked to see Tré.

"H-hi.."

"Hey!" He said smiling. Scarlet gave me 'the look' which is when she knows I like someone. I was datin' him, after all. Scarlet kept giving me 'The look' while Tré and me talked. After a few minutes, Billie Joe walked over.

"Hey Tré. lets get to the band room, we have band practice "

"You're in a band?" Scarlet and I said in unison. they nodded

"Yup"

"What's it called?" Scarlet said, sounding doubtful

"Green Day" Billie said, smiling. Tré nodded

"well, can we hear you play?"Scarlet asked, still doubtful. They nodded and so we followed them to the band room. Tré sat at the drums, Billie at the mic and with a blue electric guitar. then I noticed there was a brown haired kid who was holding a bass.

"Do you have the time to listen to me wine?..." Billie started to sing and strum at the same time.I thought it was great, but Scarlet ... she was being stubborn, which is normal.

Billie's view:

I was looking at Scarlet while I sing. She was so stubborn, but so was I. Sapphire is pretty mellow. She's the exact opposite of both Tré and Scarlet. Its pretty cool. We finished the song and played one more.

"I'm having trouble trying to sleep I'm counting sheep but running out as time ticks by and still I try no rest for crosstops in my mind on my own here we go...." I see Sapphire is enjoying it, hell I see Scarlet even smirking! bonus points! I get louder as I sing. Showing off and so is Tré.  We finish up the song. Sapphire claps and Scarlet jut sits there awkwardly, I sit by her.

"Hey Scarlet, Are you okay?"

"No." was all she said.

"What's wrong?" I pushed for an answer. She looks at me and stares. She snaps out of it.

"Oh. Umm." She shakes her head and Sapphire giggles looking at Scarlet.

"She likes you" Sapphire said.

"SAPPHIRE!" Scarlet yells embarrassed

"Sorry" She hide behind Tré

"So you like me?" I ask looking at her

"No." she said with a blank expression,  but I can tell she's lying by her eyes not looking at me but past me.

"Will you go on a date with me?" I give it a shot.

"She will!" Sapphire said "But as long as we can do a double date."

"yeah. sure." I look at Mike.

"Mike you wanna make it a triple date?"

"I don't have a girl but I can find one" He nodded.

"Your mother doesn't count kid." Scarlet said, we all bust out laughing.

"Good one" I complemented her.

"Thanks and I guess I'll go on one date. When, Where and what time?"

"Tonight,  At the movies and at 7pm."

"We'll we have to get to our next class" Sapphire said.

"What class do you have?" I ask.

"Math" Scarlet and Sapphire said in unison. I laugh a little.

"Same here, follow me and the guys." we stated walking to our last class of the day.
