Meghan's POV:

"Charlie!" I scream as I grip the sides of the counters in the kitchen. I start breathing in and out as I was trying to stay calm. "Charlie!" I scream louder.

"What, Meg?" he asks as he runs into the kitchen.

"My water just broke," I say as I look down at the floor. His eyes go wide, and he just stares at me.

"What are you doing? Help me!" I say with a giggle.

"Right," he mumbles. I giggle some more, and he runs over to me. I put my arm around his should, and he picks me up.

"Oh, shit. Two people is a lot heavier," he says as he sets me down gently. I giggle and nod a bit.

  "JOJO!" he screams.

  "What?" she yells back.

"I really, really need you!" he yells.

"Yeah, badly!" I yell. I suddenly hear thumps as she runs down the stairs. She jogs into the kitchen, and her eyes go wide when she sees us.

"Can you help us?" I ask hopefully.

"I don't know how a pregnant person can help another pregnant person, but we can try," she says as she walks over to us.

"Um, just call my parents. They should be in the the hotel, right?" I ask. My parents had come down to LA because they figured out that I could have the baby any day now...or right now.

"Okay," she says as she grabs my phone off of the counter. She walks into the other room, and I hear muffled voices as Charlie try's to help me move. My parents had gone to a hotel last night because we couldn't find anywhere for them to sleep.

"Okay, she's coming as soon as she gets done with her breakfast," Jojo says as she places my other arm around her shoulder. We start to walk out of the front door, but I stumble.

"Shit!" I yell as Charlie catches me. He holds me tightly, and I squeeze my eyes shut as I stand, again.

  "I've got you," he whispers.

"I guess staying at the hospital would have been okay because this is painful, and we wouldn't be going through this," I say through gritted teeth.

"Yeah, maybe," he says as he helps me into the back of our SUV. Jojo hops in on the other side, and I start breathing heavily. Charlie starts the car and begins the drive to the hospital.

"Oh my god," I say quickly before I scream in pain. Jojo grits her teeth and glances worriedly at me.

"This tight skirt is not working," I say, out of breath.

"Just...I don't know! Push it up if you want!" Jojo says. I giggle a bit, and pull my skirt up.

"That is so much better," I sigh. A few seconds later, I feel a contraction, and I scream.

"Remind me never to get in a screaming match with her," Jojo says as she covers her ears. Charlie pulls into the hospital, expertly parking the car, and rushing over to my side.

"Holy fucking hell," I say as I step out of the car. My skirt slides down, again, and I just groan. I take two steps and instantly scream.

"Okay, not gonna work," Charlie mumbles. Jojo comes to my other side, and I basically put all of my weight on them. They groan and struggle as I scream, again.

"Screw this. We'll be having the baby out here at this rate," Charlie says. He wraps his arms around me tightly and lifts me up bridal style. I groan loudly and throw my head backwards as he begins to walk towards the doors.

"Meg!" I hear. I turn my head behind me to see my mother running towards us.

"Mom," I groan as Charlie keeps walking. She runs up to me, Charlie, and Jojo as Charlie struggles to carry me. I scream as another contraction hits me. Charlie puts me down as I was about to fall out of his arms, but in just a few seconds I'm back in his arms. We walk into the hospital as I groan. My mom rushes to the counter and tells the lady.

"Okay here we go baby girl," Charlie says as a stretcher rushes out. He gently lays me on it, and I turn my head to see a few people freaking out. They must be fans. I smile at them, but I am interrupted by being pushed through doors. I'm rushed into a room, and I'm stripped bare. They put me in a hospital gown as I scream and groan.

"Okay, Meghan. My name is Ella. Now–oh shit," she says. I grow worried.

"What is happening?" I ask. Charlie and my Mom look at me in fear.

"Probably why she could barely move and why she was screaming so much," my mom says.

"What in hell is happening? Somebody better tell me now or I am going to lose my fucking mind!" I scream.

"Meg, don't freak out, but the baby is coming out the wrong way," Charlie says.

"Holy shit, oh my god," I mumble as I lay my head against the pillow. As they prepare me for a C-section, I start to panic.

"Meg, you need to calm down. You're putting the baby in distress," my mom says as she comes to sit next to me.

"Mom, I'm about to have a fucking C-section. How in hell am I supposed to calm down?" I say.

"I had a C-section with Ryan, and look how we both turned out. We were fine because I stayed calm, and I let the doctors do what they had to do," she says. I nod my head as Ella walks back over to me.

"Okay, Meghan. Do you watch Grey's Anatomy?" she asks. I nod my head as I feel another contraction.

"Okay. You know not to push, right?" she says.

"Y-yes," I say through a scream.

"Okay. Are you ready? You might feel some of it, but not all of the pain because of medication," she says. I nod my head rapidly, and she touches the scalpel to my lower stomach. I instantly scream louder than I have all day, and I grip the bed rails. Charlie grabs my left hand, and I squeeze his hand really hard. I start crying, and he put his hand to my cheek.

"Shh, baby girl. You need to calm down, okay? I'm right here," he says to me. I start to breath normally as I stare into Charlie's eyes.

"Charlie, whatever you're doing keep doing it," Ella says. He nods his head and starts running my hands through my hair. I relax a bit, but my eyes begin to get heavy.

  Charlie's POV:

"Meghan! You can not fall asleep, or die for that matter! Please don't shut your eyes!" I yell to her. Her eyes flicker, and she looks up at me.

"Charlie, I don't know if I can," she says.

"What can I do?" I ask, stupidly. Her eyes start shutting, and I do the stupidest thing. I kiss her.

"Charlie what the hell are you doing?" Ella yells as she takes my child out of my wife.

"Her lips are moving–and she is–not closing her eyes–anymore–so we're all alive–and that what I'm trying to do," I say in between kissing her.

"Whatever works," she says, sarcastically. They keeping working and eventually, everything is settled. Meghan is fine. Our baby is fine. Meghan falls asleep, and I hold our baby girl in my arms.

  Life couldn't get better.
