Sarah's POV
"Sarah! You need to talk about this!" Kylie called when I ran in the house. Dylan was following me, but I was a good ten feet ahead of him.
"No!" I yelled. I slammed my door and locked it.
"Sarah, please. Open the door," he pleaded, "I'm sorry. I wanted to help you. They were bullying you," he said.
"Dylan, please go." I cried. I slid down the door and wrapped my arms around my legs.
"Sarah, you shouldn't be by yourself like this," he added. I opened my door and sat on my bed. Dylan wrapped his arms around me. I cried harder for a good five minutes.I woke up to my face in Dylan's chest. His shirt was wet with my tears. I looked up at him.
"Why didn't you wake me up?" I asked.
"You had a pretty bad day, so you needed the sleep. I don't mind, I'd rather you be with someone than be by yourself anyway." He whispered.
"Thank you," I smiled. I leaned up and kissed him. I sat up and got on top of him. I kissed him harder."Hey Dylan, did Sarah wake up ye... Oh god!" Kylie squirmed. Dylan threw me off him and I landed on the edge of the bed.
"Kylie!" I yelled.
"Don't yell at me! I'm not the one that's making out on top of my boyfriend like this. And you're not allowed to do this!" Kylie yelled.
"Okay, let's go downstairs then," I smiled. After lunch, Dylan and I decided to sneak off to the beach house. We told Kylie that we're going to the movies.
"You on birth control?" He asked, when we pulled up.
"You wear condoms?" I asked.
"Yes," he answered.
"Yes, I'm on birth control," I said. We walked inside and I put my bag on the dining table.
"Why?" He asked.
"Because my period used to be two weeks long. It was abnormal," I answered.
"Ew. Do all women have their periods at the same time?" He asked, clueless. I laughed.
"No! It's not like that," I smiled.
"When are you on your period?" He asked.
"In two weeks... I think," I said.
"Ew," he said, again.
"Oh, shut up. It's not like I choose for it to happen," I reminded. He laughed and kissed my cheek.
"I guess not," he agreed. He kissed me all over. Dylan finally picked me up and carried me up the stairs. We jumped in the hot tub and relaxed for a while. I love this beach house. It's our own little getaway. Dylan wasn't wearing a shirt and his muscles seemed irresistible. I'm not going to lie, but making out and having sex every ten minutes is just fine with me.
"Are you hungry?" He asked, as we walked down the steps to the first floor.
"Yeah," I confessed.
"I'll make us grilled cheese," he said, rummaging through pots and pans. After we ate, we got dressed and started driving back home. I turned the radio station and turned the music up.
"God no," Dylan laughed, reaching the volume button. I slapped his arm.
"I like this song!" I laughed.
"You like Justin Bieber?"
"Yeah, I love him!"
"If I was your boyfriend I'd never let you go, I could take you places you ain't never been before. Baby take a chance or you'll never ever know. I got money in my hands that I'd really like to blow!" Dylan screamed. I laughed hard.
"I thought you didn't like this song?" I smirked.
"If you like it, I'll sing it," he smiled. We sang the rest of the way home.----
School was different without Avery there. People were noticing me, in a good way. Everyone was complimenting me and talking to me. I felt important. Lunch was even better. Some of the girls that sat with Avery came over and sat with Sophia and I.
After school was over, I walked to the football field. Dylan had practice and I was meeting Sophia there. I saw Corbin walking on the field. He's small, but still muscular.
"Corbin!" I called out. He turned and moved his curly, blonde hair out of his face.
"Hey Sarah," he said, "what's up?" He asked, walking up to me.
"Have you seen Sophia?" I asked.
"No, I haven't seen her since second period."
"Oh. You have class with her? Do you like her?" I asked.
"She's a good person, but I'm not interested in that way. She's not as good as she seems," he said.
"What do you mean?"
"She doesn't have friends for a reason. She's a bitch. Watch yourself with her," he warned. He walked on the field and I turned and ran right into Dylan.
"Ow, your chest is still hard," I muttered, grabbing my nose. He laughed.
"You talked to Corbin?" He asked.
"Yeah, we were just talking about Sophia," I explained.
"Oh, what about?" He asked, quickly.
"Dating," I answered, "he's not interested." Dylan exhaled after that. I looked at him funny.
"I can't stay, Kylie's taking me to a photoshoot."
"Okay," he kissed me quickly, "gotta go." He ran on the field and tossed a ball to his friend.Kylie drove silently to our photoshoot. I think she's really missing T.
"Something's wrong with Dylan," I sighed.
"Why? What makes you think that?"
"He's really short with me. He doesn't pay attention to me anymore and he wasn't at lunch."
Kylie laughed, "you're just paranoid. You guys have been together for a while and you're moving out of the beginning stages of a relationship. You guys are getting comfortable," she said.
"How do you and T keep things good?" I asked.
"Surprise dates, unexpected plans, surprise gifts. Whatever you think of. It's not always easy, but it works," she said. After the Pacsun photoshoot, I drove Kylie and I home. Jordyn and Stas brought Chinese food over for us.
"Okay, what's wrong with both of you?" Jordyn asked.
"T's staying in Dubai for another week," Kylie sighed, "he's doing a music video there."
"And you?" Stas asked me.
"Dylan's acting weird," I shrugged.
"Okay, men are stupid. We hate everything, oh well. Pull the sticks out of your asses and get over it!" Stas demanded. She got more pissed when Kylie and I just sat there.
"Fine. We go out and do something fun or we watch sad movies on Netflix," she said. After the movie was over, I went to bed. Dylan hasn't texted me today after practice. I hope tomorrow is better.
----
I walked to lunch and didn't see Dylan anywhere. I clenched my jaw and sat where Avery usually sits.
"Hey, I like your outfit," Andrea smiled. She sat down and her group of friends sat down with me. I looked down at my outfit. I'm wearing army green shorts with a black tank top and a black and white knitted cardigan.
"Thanks," I mumbled.
"What's wrong?" She asked.
"Do you know where Dylan is?"
"I think he's in the library," she answered, confused.I turned the corner and walked closer to the library. I looked through the windows to try and find him. I opened the door and gasped. The librarian looked at me for a brief second, giving me a silent warning to keep my voice down.
I glanced at the back corner, but walked on the other side of a book shelf to keep myself busy. Dylan and Sophia were looking at something and they were clearly flirting. They were talking about this weekend.
"I have to go back to class," Sophia said.
"Okay," Dylan kissed her cheek, "I'll talk to you later."
Sophia walked out the door and I sat beside Dylan."You are nothing but scum and I'm never letting you take advantage of me again. So this is it," I said. I kissed him long and slowly, "tell your mom that I'm sorry and I wish everything works out for her."
---
T jumped off the plane and I've never ran that fast.
"T," I cried. I hugged him tight.
"Hey," he smiled. Kylie walked over with King in her arms.
"I broke up with Dylan," I blurted out. He grinned.
"Really?"
"And I got my license."
"I'm proud of you," he smiled. He kissed Kylie and took King.
"The Grammy's are tomorrow night," T reminded.
"Yeah, we all have invitations," Kylie said.
"You got invited too?" He asked me.
"Yeah, I'm modeling now too!" I smiled. I kept remembering all the fun things I did.
"I want us all to walk down the red carpet together as a family," he said proudly, "King will be my VIP guest."I grabbed a red, silky Givenchy dress and put it on. It showed a lot of cleavage. I'm not the perfect girl (obviously, nobody is) and I don't have a lot of cleavage. They're not too small, but they're not too big. I think this dress makes them noticeable, but still flattering. I layed my dress aside and grabbed red heels to match.
I soaked in a bubble bath and fell asleep. Tomorrow is my first red carpet.
