Footsteps slamming onto the solid metal of an underground lab. Shouts and screams can be heard by some, not by all. A left, continue, then a right. The clanging of keys and chains can be heard. The death bells are calling, singing a song for its next victim. A melodic sound that's absolutely wonderful, DEATH. It feels absolutely warm and welcoming.
As the foot steps get closer my legs stretch farther. Dying instantly would be great for later. But my goal is extremely clear now.
As the light grows near I take a leap of faith, jumping for freedom. As my demons decide to jump with me, latching onto my hospital gown.
I kick and scream and punch. "NO! STOP! DONT TOUCH ME YOU CLOD! THE EMBODIMENT OF YOUR EXISTENCE CEASES TO AMUSE ME!" I begin to wail.
My whore of a mother would love that.
10 years later
As I duck under the table I wait for my Levi, my husband, to come into the room. I begin to giggle at this, he begins to open he door and it becomes eerily silent. "Bonnabel? Honey? You home?" He calls out. Hanji opens the door and Isabel turns on the light. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY LEVIIIII/SHORTYYYY!" They all scream.
Levi looks around with a slight smirk on his face, and it quickly turns into one of panic. "Where is my wife?!" As the quick thinker he is Farlen springs into action. "Levi, don't worry, she said she was getting something special and it might take a while." That didn't really assure him but he trusted his brother in law. "Hmm..." He drifted into his own silence as the air began to grow thick. The tension laced the creases of his face showed and obviously everybody was out of options.
"Uhhh...LETS SIT AND CHAT TILL SHE GETS HERE!" Hanji suggests. I inwardly smile at how great of a sister she was. "Fine nutcase." He says as he sits down. As he sits he notices something is wrong with the table. "Wa?.." He trails off as you begin to come through the hole in the table holding a grand cake. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY HUBBY!" I scream as the sin happy birthday. He just decides to hide his face in the palms of his hands. "What is it darling?" I say as I begin to grow panicked. "You don't like it or..."
He looks up at me and I realize he is crying. "Oh no, big bro..." Isabel gave him a hug. That is until he started to laugh. "I love you guys." Was what he said before a hand smashed through the window.
