Bonnabel Ackerman

After finding enough firewood to cook the bear I trudge back to where Hanji was. Whilst doing so I hear her pacing so I hid behind a tree and started to read her thoughts. "-bear and try to lift it. It looks like a female brown bear, and those can weigh from 300 to 800 pounds. I begin to get frightened thinking about it now. How the hell did she carry all this here?!? I ask myself. It's humanly impossible! And she didn't even complain once! I begin to seethe, how did I not take notice of this earlier?!" She thinks.

I have a devilish smirk appearing on my face, it's not like I don't like humanity, I just don't like the Titans. For you thinking these things I might as well be an enemy...did my Hanji think these things. I begin to hyperventilate so I go back deeper into the woods. "What if..." I pant. "What if she thought these things!?" I run farther so no one would hear me scream. "WHAT IF MY HANJI DOUBTED ME?! WHAT IF SHE THOUGHT I WAS A DANGER SO SHE GOT ON MY GOOD SIDE?!" I can feel my feelings, my deepest secrets and hidden emotions starting to bubble. "What if..." My voice becomes small as I feel the dark of the woods loom over me and taunt me. "What if..." The trees turn into faces of people who I once knew, alive, but dead at the same time. "What if...my darling thought the same thing? What if...I was honestly never loved?!" I begin to panic. Whilst doing so I drop the wood I was holding for it made me feel like I was heavy, but for all I know it might've been my heart. "Was my whole way of living," I begin to stress out. "A lie?"

I lean on a tree, falling, sinking slowly to the ground, the pit of dysfunctional souls. Lost on the way to heaven and hell, forced to stay in the realm of the living, under their feet. Tears begin to fall freely from my eyes, as I sobbed and my breathing hitched, my eyes begin to grow heavy and I decided to listen to their plea's. So I fell into a deep slumber, resting beneath the people I once knew.

As we finish our conversation about killing Erwin I decide to go outside to get some fresh air, as of tomorrow is our first expedition.

Whilst doing so I notice how the moon illuminates the trees making the shadows loom over me. "Creepy." I shudder a bit, ugh.

Walking deeper into the woods I begin to climb a tree so I can see the moon better. I never had gotten chances like this since I was born in he underground, and lived there my whole life. Up until now, taking a fresh breath of air I smile. "The outside world is beautiful...I can't believe I've been kept away from this my whole life." I whisper the last part quietly. I start to hear a girl screaming someone's name. I start to climb down the tree to see who it was.

As I reach the bottom of the tree I can hear the voice a little clearer. I know now it's Hanji, I begin to quickly hide behind the tree to make sure I don't get in trouble. "Bonnabel! Bonnabel! Where ARE you?! Are you ok?!" She screeches out in panic.

She pants a bit from running. "My LORD! It's my fault isn't it..." She said as her voice got small. "Somebody is now dead, because of my stupid actions. Why didn't I look for her?" It gets eerily quiet. "Or maybe," she takes a few steps so she's in the light of the moon, illuminating the deathly scene. "She's making her move now? Hoping to kill?" She trails off. She shakes her head a bit. "God, I feel to fight. Fight with my madness." She says to herself as she looks towards the moon.

I take a step backwards trying to escape before I could hear anymore. She begins to incoherent things to herself. As I think I get far enough I step on a twig. Her head snaps in my direction. "Bonnabel?" She says quickly. She begins to come in my direction, but by her bothering able to see my figure that well I move deeper within the woods. I quickly get behind a tree as she moved over to the spot I once stood. My breath quickening as she looked directly at me. About to come out and confess she turned the other direction, back to head quarters. "I don't believe.." She begins as her voice fades into the dark becoming one with the trees.

I release the breath I held without knowing. I quickly begin to pace around trying to process what just happened. "What the literal f-" I get cut off by stepping on something soft. So I quickly remove my foot and take a few steps back.

It's a girl, and I think she just happened to be the one Hanji was looking for...what did she call her again? Bonnebel? Nonnabel? No. Bonnabel!

I touch neck with my hands. Ice cold.

My face goes deathly pale. What if she saw me and blames me for the incident?! I look at the small golden haired girl. I can't take her back right now, she would know it was me, and I would get in trouble for sure. But I can't just leave her here she might die...

"But I then again, I grew up in underground." I begin to say coldly.

"I'll trade your life from mine anyway bitch." I say as I make my way back to hq.
