"Come on Matt." I whispered. He opened his eyes and I helped him out of the air plane. He groaned and sat down on a chair huffing and puffing. He shook his head and I looked at the ground till I noticed a wheel chair station. I sneakily swiped one and guided Matt into one. It took some effort but once I got Matt rolling it was all good. He was sweating and looked like he had a fever. I felt his forehead but he was cold, freezing cold.

"Who's picking us up?" He groveled out. "Drew and Jagger's Mum." I said. He nodded. "Matty I think she can help you." I said. He nodded and just that made him out of breath. It was so heart wrenching to see him like this. "Oh my God it's Matt and Onalie Winters!" I heard someone scream. Suddenly I was surrounded by screaming people. They were taking pictures and I felt suffocated. "Move!" A man boomed. A security guard escorted Matt and I to the luggage pick up and then outside. The paparazzi was taking pictures and screaming questions. Drew's Mum was pulling up and the security guards helped me get my bags in while I got Matt into the car. Drew's Mum got out of the car and hugged me tightly. "How was everything?" She asked once I got into the car. "Amazing." I said. She smiled. "You're so cute and round." She squealed. I smiled and rubbed my stomach. "Is that what I think it is?" She asked excitedly.

"What?" I asked worriedly. She grabbed my hand and looked at the ring on my finger. "That's Sandy's ring!" She gasped. The car swerved and I inhaled sharply. "Mum!" I gasped. "Sorry." She apologized quickly. "How did he pop the question?" She asked with a grin. I smiled and rubbed my moving baby. "He sang me my favorite song while we were in California and asked me in front of everyone." She smiled. "I'm so happy for you Ony." I heard Matt say. I smiled and reached back. "I'm going to be sick." He grumbled. Mum stopped the car on the side of the high way; Matt opened up his door at the same time I did and puked in the grass. I rubbed his back as he emptied his stomach. "Man this is almost as bad as being drunk." He grumbled. "I will never complain about a hangover ever again." He groaned. I chuckled and helped him up. "You okay?" I asked him. He nodded and I sat in the back seat with him.

He laid his head in my lap and I rubbed his hair. He turned over restlessly and found his face in line with my kicking baby. "Ow." He groaned. "When this kid's out of you remind me to give it a kick in the butt." I smiled and nodded. "Okay Matt." I laughed. He smiled and rubbed my belly. "Hey Dallas." He smiled. "I know you're a Dallas not an AJ just because I can guarantee you'll have you're Mommy's eyes." He cooed quietly. This is the most I've seen him smile this whole summer. I saw Mum smile through the mirror and I smiled as I kept rubbing Matt's head. Matt held my small hand in his large shaky ones. "Onalie..." He said weakly. "Every thing's okay Matty." I whispered. "We're almost there." I smiled. "No, it's just. You remind me so much of my Mom." He smiled wearily.

I smiled sadly. "I missed her so much and I thought that one day being as stupid and reckless as I was being I could be with her quicker." He whispered and then laughed. "But nothing can kill me that easily." He chuckled. My lip quivered. "I wanted out of this so bad." He whispered. "I envied you for being human for the longest time." He whispered. "But I'm a stupid jerk." He muttered. A tear escaped my eye and landed on his forehead. He looked up at me and shakily rubbed my cheek. "I'm supposed to be this big mean living forever machine but I won't be able to go on much longer." He whispered. A sob escaped me as I shook my head. "No Matty." I whispered. "No you need to hold on. I want my baby to know their amazing uncle Matty." I sobbed. Mum stopped the car and Foster carried him inside like he was a four year old child. We barged into my empty house and Matt was rushed to his room. I climbed the stairs shakily and slowly; being extremely careful.

For the rest of the slow and painful month nothing changed. He only got weaker. I watched my brother crumble bit by bit. Ever so slowly he just started to waste away.

"Matty please drink it." I whispered. "It'll be gross at thought but you need it." Mum chimed in. He nodded trying to boost himself up. "Did you find out if it's Dallas yet?" He asked. I shook my head. "Not until Drew comes home." I whispered. He took the blood bag from Mum and shakily drank it only to spew it into the garbage pale beside his bed. That's when I noticed the crumpled balls of paper. The dried out pens, broken pencils and eraser shavings. "Mum can I just be with my sister right now?" He asked. She nodded and left us alone; shutting the door behind her. Matt held my hand and my tears fell onto his hand. "How you doing Matt?" I asked. "I feel like an elephant took a dump on me and tried to burry it." I shook my head as I tried not to laugh. "Please smile Ony." He pleaded. "It will make me feel better knowing you are happy." I furrowed my brows. "What do you mean?" I asked. "I'm coming to the end of my rope." He wheezed. "On..... I do want you to know something." He said. "Matt, no you are going to be okay-"
