Shawns POV:
my heart clenched at the sight of Taylor he was looking straight at me i let out a shaky breath watching my breath in the cold winter air my hand shaking slightly as i run it through my hair his look was one of guilt he knew how bad he had hurt
he had no mercy on me none at all and thats what hurt me the most he broke off a 4 year relationship for a girl he met a month ago he had no mercy on my heart when he told me those two words that broke me
it took two words to make me feel like i was broken i didn't understand why he spent all his time picking up the pieces that had been broken when he was just gonna break them all over again his stare stays on me as i fix my sweater
and look down not wanting to look as the girl that made this all happen wrap around him i want to throw a tantrum maybe that's why he left me i was kind of a brat i suddenly feel a small hand grab mine making me smile as i look down
at my short pale best friend "whats wrong shawn"he asks me his maroon sweater falling loosely on his shoulders while he had on a vintage type skirt with long warm socks i smile at him as i watched his blue eyes that had a worried look in them
"I'm fine JJ"i tell him as he frowns as he looks at Taylor and pulls me to a bench where i couldn't see him "no your not Shawn and thats ok your human your supposed to be hurting and thats ok its ok to not be ok"he tells me laying his head on my shoulder
if you saw us out think were dating since we were so affectionate with each other but JJ had a boyfriend name Skate i guess its true when they say opposites attract cause they were complete opposites Skate was a tough looking dude but had a soft spot for my short pale best friend with bright blue eyes
"i miss him so much"i say my voice cracking at the end of my short answer i feel him wrap his arms around me his warmness surrounding me as i felt tears start dripping on to my cheeks "its ok Shawn your gonna be ok"he whispers
i let the tears fall but quickly wipe them not wanting to get one of his favorite sweaters dirty i finally stop crying and he pulls away from me giving me a small smile "come on schools about to start and we still need food"he says
i smile thinking on how much JJ was a help to me he grabs my hand again tugging me behind him i look down as we pass Taylor i feel his eyes on me and JJ as we quickly walked away from him i was trying my best to let him go
we enter the lunchroom full of kids some looked ready to run 10 miles while others looked dead and others were bored on their phones or talking with their friends we walk up to the lady who was selling the muffins i grabbed a chocolate one while jack grabbed a blue berry one he smiles as he spots his boyfriend along with some of our friends
he quickly grabs my hand pulling me behind him again before we stop at the table and he lets go of my hand kissing Skates cheek softly they start a conversation so i sit down and start talking to Nash
"how are you feeling"he asks me as his beautiful girlfriend sits next to him she sends me a small smile before she continues reading her book "I'm feeling pretty good it just aches to see him"i tell him he nods in an understanding way
"im gonna go to the bathroom ill be back" i tell them they nod as i leave all my things with them quickly walking to the bathroom i feel my eyes water as i think about Taylor the asshole who broke me again i quickly and harshly wipe my eyes
before splashing water on my face when i hear the door open as i wipe my face i look up and see Taylor closing the door i give him a confused look as he walks closer to me backing me up into a wall i feel my breathing start to become un even
"im so sorry"he whispers leaning in to kiss me i feel my breathing start to pick up and my heart feels like jumping out of my chest so i do who any heart broken person would do ......
i slap him hard
