Ruby) Somedays I even wonder if they have hope in finding the cure. It has been many years since this has happened, makes me wonder why they even stayed. Maybe because its the only place left to stay. Just imagine this, we are sitting here all comfy and warm in this, place, thats guarded, while many people are out there dying. But thats not for us to worry about, we still have each other, all though many of us people don’t talk much anymore, we still have memories from the past. Truth is you never stop living life when you want it all to end. When you don’t want it all to end, you have a head full of memories that keep on building. Intelligence, skills, stuff that we all have learned along the way, stuff we have taught ourselves, to make us faster, smarter, more protected from what is really the truth. Although some may know it, they choose to ignore it, but we don’t, we stand up for what we are, who we are. We live in the moment, we fight till the end, Nothing is to stop us. I walk out into the room, sitting on the couch, I glance at Trillian and Sky, noticing that they were talking about something, but looked at me as if they weren’t sure to tell me or not. Thats when everything starts spinning, around and around and around again, pictures start to pop up in my head as if they were right there, my friends being slaughtered, as I fight for my life, trying to save them too. Me running for my life down the hopeless streets of the city, as I was seeing people get eaten alive, people getting crushed by tanks, blowing up in explosions, it was as if all the bad memories that I had tried to forget just came flooding back. Not knowing what was happening to me, I suddenly blacked out.
Sky) I notice Ruby looked like she would pass out any moment so I got up to see what was up. When I walked up next to her she was out cold, sleeping if thats what you want to call it. I haven’t had time to rest in weeks only about an hour or so nap then right back to running. So I just assumed she was taking a nap or something and would be up and running in an no time but I was wrong she was still sleeping when Eefa got back which was about 5 hours after she had passed out.
Trillian) After Eefa got back I walked out of my bedroom and noticed that Ruby was still passed out. I got closer to her and when I touched her arm it was cold and she looked pale then I turned around and asked if she had anything at all to drink and Eefa said no.
