Chapter16

Rome POV
I woke up in Tia's bed, yes Tia. I wore my shorts then walked down her stairs.

"Morning." She said whilst scrolling down her phone.

"Where's my eggs and bacon?" I put my arms out.

"I ate them." She joked.

"What?" I came behind her and tickled her.

"Stop it Rome." She laughed.

I put my arms around her and kissed her neck whilst tickling her.

"Is Imani gonna be okay about this?" She asked.

"Who's Imani?" I furrowed my brows.

Imani POV
I was at the mall getting my nails done. Tia walked in and waved at me. Strange right?

Apparently she converted into a 'good girl' and isn't that hoe chick that everyone used to know.

"How are you?" She came up to me.

"I'm good thanks." I semi- smiled.

"Can I have blue and gold please?" She asked the Asian man.

"So, how are thing between you and Rome?" She asked.

"To be honest, I don't want to talk about him right now." I sighed.

"He says he misses you." She told me.

"What do you mean?".

"He really misses you, the way you smile and laugh he said." She watched the man paint her nails.

"Hmm..".

Rome POV
"How was school?" I asked Amara.

She didn't say anything but get in the car.

"Ayy, I'm talking to you miss." I told her.

She still didn't say anything but put her seatbelt on and place her knuckles on her cheek.

I know she's still upset with Imani not being here but she's gonna have to deal with it.

Imani POV
"Okay, I need you guys to pick a exercising partner." Coach said.

"Yes coach." We all said.

I picked Sam as my partner and we started stretching.

"Have you seen Amara yet?" She asked.

"Yeah, when I was at the mall but Rome took her away." I rolled eyes thinking about what happened.

"Meaning?" She stretched her right leg.

"Amara saw me and ran to me, Rome came and took her." I shrugged.

"Well, there he is now." Sam pointed.

I looked over and saw Rome sitting down with Tia beside him.

"He's not my problem." I went on next to my arms.
