My first kiss.

My first kiss with a mermaid.

Laleh.

That was, without a doubt, the best moment in my entire life.

I held her close to me as I kissed her deeply.

A mix of emotions was going through me while I received my first kiss.

Laleh really enjoyed it, so did I.

However, I forgot one thing for a moment.

She's a mermaid.

I'm a human...

There's no way this should be happening.

I broke the most important rule I set for myself before I began this friendship with her.

I pulled away from the kiss and pushed her off me.

Laleh looked at me with eyes of sorrow.

I shaked my head and swam to the surface.

I gasped for air as soon as I emerged.

Laleh soon emerged afterwards.

"W-we shouldn't have kissed." I told her.

She swam closer to me, "Why not?" She asked.

"B-because! There's no way we'll be together."

"Says who?" She asked, "Jungkook I love y--"

"Stop it. No. You can't." I nearly cried.

Laleh frowned, "But... I thought..."

"Jungkookie!"

"Kookie where are you?"

"Did he wander off again?"

My friends are looking for me.

I groaned and swam to land, "I gotta go.."

"Where?" Laleh asked.

I looked at her and sat up, "Tell you what. I'll meet you here tomorrow and maybe you can show me your world. That's if, you're still willing."

Laleh leaned up and kissed me, "For you, anything. I know that by the time I show you, you'll want to join us."

I smiled, "I look forward to it."

"Jungkook! Is that you?" My friend Jimin called for me.

"Go!" I whispered.

Laleh dived into the water and swam away.
