Can't Wait | Seokmin

Nine.

Subin watched as her classmates played with balls or sat around, but she was more focused on Seokmin. Who was currently in a basketball game. She watched as beads of sweat made its way down his chest and into his shirt.

She fanned her face with her hands, it felt pretty warm.

Other classmates watched as well and when Seungkwan missed or made a shot, they cheered. A joke since like forever.

After a while the ball rolled it's way to Subin and Seungkwan walked towards her to get it back.
"Say Subin, waffles or pancakes?"

Seokmin walked in and joined the two of them, "what's happening over here?"

Seungkwan shushed him and looked at the quiet girl.

"Uuh pancakes?"

Seungkwan exploded with a 'yes' and put his hands up for a high-five, Seokmin watched as Subin stood up and hesitantly high-fived him back.
It almost ticked him off.

He laughed "eat it Seokmin!"
Seokmin just shrugged and smiled at Subin who was laughing.

"Hey what's happening here" Kim Jia walked up to the small group, "I scored, that's what happened"
Seungkwan laughed again, pumping his fist in the air.

Jia rolled her eyes "well I just wanted you to know that me and a few others are going to karaoke today, you going?"

Seungkwan "yeah, count me in." He waved bye and got back in the game.

"What about you Seokmin?"
"Yeah I'll go" he shrugged

The whistle blew and everyone began to grab their things and leave or put them back in the storage closet. Subin couldn't help but look at Seokmin in awe as he wiped the sweat off his neck.

Jia glanced at her and smiled "what about you Subin? You usually never go out to the group hang outs"

That's because I'm never invited

"Oh uh-" she looked at Seokmin, who gave her a small nod and smiled "s-sure"

"Okay, I'll see you two their then"

She left the two alone,
"So do you wanna go their together?"
"Okay."
"Okay.

Seokmin was excited, but Subin was nervous.
It was almost like a date.
