Remember that you have been here before. It may have been scary but you were okay at the end.

Remember that it will not kill you.

Remember that at the end of the day, they are just thoughts and worries that you may not have dealt with "correctly" (whatever correct is to you). That is all - it happens to all of us.

Remember that it's okay to cry or be upset when it happens. When the physicaly symptoms arise, it can be very scary. But you calm down in the end and the symptoms.

If you're like me and you feel breathless and your throat tightens when you're having a panic attack, remember to breathe deeply. Inhale for four seconds, hold for seven and exhale for eight. It 'resets' your breathing.

Remember that you are doing the best that you can to become the better you, and that in itself is great.
