Remember, it's good for you. Crying elevates your mood and helps relieve stress so don't be afraid to let it out when you need to.

Remember, crying makes you anything but a weak person. Don't let some dumb perception of  strength and weakness dictate how you relieve your soul of the burden that comes with being human.

Remember, your emotions are valid and you have every right to express how you feel. If anyone tells you otherwise, they're wrong.

Remember, crying helps detoxify your body. Letting it out will not only make you feel better in terms of emotions, but your body will thank you for it too.

Remember, crying does not make you depressed. And if you are depressed, crying does not make it worse. In fact, it should be encouraged as it is the most stress-relieving way to let out bottled feelings in a non-destructive manner.

Remember, crying is perspiration of the soul, and like mentioned before, it's good for you!
