Sixteen was for the candles I've burnt down
Taking a toll on the past that's creep up until now
At this point my vanilla frosted cake crumbles
Just like the walls left unguarded for your love to pass
Undeniably, the freckles scattered unevenly alongside the bridge of your nose meant nothing
And absolutely everything to me

A/N: was planning to complie all my romance poems into the 'post-infatuation' chapter but I wasn't sure if anyone would remember to tune in for the adding if wattpad did not send out notifications for re - editing of a chapter so please bear with me and no I did not just make 500 poems in one hour, it's just a ctrl+c and ctrl+v od my old poems :) okey. And I'm deleting "girls like boys" chapter right now because I feel like people will stop looking through my collections if they come across that one first as it is a bit all over the place and not as meaningful.
