Melody? What's going on? There are flashing lights everywhere. Voices. There are voices surrounding us.
"Jinnie! Jinnie, please! Ah!"
Beth? Bethany! Oh, my god, she's going into labor! Please, body, move! I need to help her!
Stupid body! Why does my body feel so numb? What happened to me?
"Daddy! Daddy! Mommy! Mommy!"
The voices are getting fainter...
"Ma'am, please come with us. You're in labor! Please, we need to make sure you and your children are safe! The other paramedics are working to retrieve your husband from the wreckage."
Wreckage?
"No! Ah! Jin! Seokjin,please! I need to be with him,please! I can't loose him!"
Bethany...
Her voice is getting fainter as well...Bethany...

Bethany held Jin's hand tightly in hers as her saddened eyes held their gaze on her husband's limp hand. A single tear escaped her saddened eyes before she could no longer hold back the tears. Bethany held her husband's hand tightly as she laid her head down next to him and wept.
Hot tears stained the bed sheet covering Kim Seokjin who lay unconscious after stretching over to protect his wife from the airbag before it went off as well as the impact from being hit by a drunk driver. Bethany continued sobbing while holding her husband's hand close completely oblivious to the men behind her.
The oldest of the men reached out placing his warm, large hand on Bethany's trembling back alerting her of their presence. Bethany simply sniffled and snuggled back into her husband's side weeping.
The three men stood at the foot of Jin's bed and began singing a song all too familiar to Bethany since it had been written for her in the days leading to the accident. Slowly, Bethany rose and wiped away her lingering tears as a new voice joined the trio.
The voice was meek and barely audable. The trio sang lower allowing the voice to sing louder even though it was very weak. The trio of men soon let the voice sing alone as Bethany sat staring at her once comatose husband sing to her.
No one in the room was without tears.
As Jin finished singing he finally opened his eyes after so long. Bethany could no longer hold back her urge to hug and hold her husband. She lunged at her husband sobbing into his shoulder. Jin gently smiled, wrapping his arms around his weeping wife allowing her to cry.Soon enough Bethany sat next to Namjoon, Jimin, and Hoseok. No one had spoken till Jin, looking around, spoke up.
"Umm, Where's Mel? And...Beth? aren't you supposed to be in labor?"
Everyone went rigid.
"Melody and the babies are with Yoongi and his fiance, Angela."
"What? I thought Yoongi hated her!"
Namjoon looked to Bethany and whispered something in her ear softly. She sighed and leaned back in her chair. Namjoon motioned for the guys to step out of the room leaving the couple alone in the room once again.
"Beth?"
"Jin...In the car accident, you got hurt pretty bad, that caused your body to go into shock and keep you in a coma...." Jin looked down at his hands slowly opening and closing them as if he were to stop his movements he would never move again. "So I've been asleep for how long then?"Jin's soft voice escaped more as a fearful whisper than an actual question. It was silent for a moment before Bethany spoke up once more.
"Well, Jin... Before you fell into your coma you...You died... Your heart stopped beating twice before you fell into the coma."
Jin was silent.
"A little over a year... you were in a coma for a little over a year."
The room stayed silent till a small sob escaped Jin's quivering lips. Bethany stood taking Jin into her arms letting him have time to cry.
The couple sat undisturbed for a while longer till a gasp pierced the silence. The couple turned to see Angela holding two babies in her arms. Angela quickly rushed to the bed letting the babies go to their mother and father. Bethany giggled slightly as she took the first baby into her arms.
"Jin, I'd like you to meet your oldest son, Kim Mattew and your youngest son Kim Young-Bin."
Jin slowly reached out to hold his youngest boy in his arms while Bethany held the oldest.
"Daddy!"
Jin's eyes darted to the door where Yoongi stood smiling giving Melody a picky back ride. He slowly let the little girl to the ground allowing her to run to her father. Melody scrambled onto the bed hugging her father,crying into his waist. Jin hugged his little girl as much as he could and looked up to Bethany with loving eyes pricked with newly formed tears.
"I need you...and now...I'll never let any of you go...never. I will always be here for you all. Just as the song says, I love you."
