I awoke in someone's arms.

The arms were heavly tattoed, so I immediately knew who it was.

"M-mike?" I studdered.

I looked around of my surroundings, we were in a blank white room, with the nurses, and on a bench, outside of a room.

I hear him sigh, though, I don't look up, I just keep my attention to my sweater.

"Yes, Vic?" I hear his soft voice say.

"Is mom okay?" I shakely say.

His breathing hitches, and he slowly lets it out.

"Mom's dead." Was all he said.

I looked up, not at him, but at the white celing.

"Oh." I say.

I don't have any tears to shed anymore, they're all gone.

And so is my happiness.

"Here." Mike started, he lifted me up, and handed me a bag of clothes.

"Go change." He smiled weakly, and pointed to a restroom.

I nodded absentmindedly, and clutched the plastic bag to my chest.

I averted my eyes to the ground, walking to the bathroom and thinking.

Mom is dead.

Mom's not here anymore.

Moms not living.

Mom is not on this planet.

Mom is in the heavens, where she belongs.

I smile a little, my eyes burning with tears.

But I refuse to cry, because I understand.

Everyone's time will come sooner or later.

And all I know is, mine is coming soon and I have to accept that.

I walk into the men's bathroom, and go in a stall.

I take a deep breath in and out.

I open the bag and take the contents out.

It was something simple, yet I thank my brother for knowing me so well

It was something simple, yet I thank my brother for knowing me so well.

I take off my sweater and shorts, along with my thigh highs and slip on the outfit, looking at my bandage after.

I slipped off the bandage, looking at a nasty scratch on my leg.

I winced at it, but just left it there.

There was nothing I could do about it anyways.

Fucking Justin.

I walk out the stall, looking at myself in the whole body mirror.

My mother always said I looked beautiful in these outfits, but now that she's gone, I don't feel that beautiful.

I walk out the door after stuffing my old outfit into the bag, and walk back to mike.

"You look great." He mumbled, flashing me a smile.

I nodded and looked down.

"Hey mike," I ask.

"Hmm?"

"Where's mom?" My voice cracks.

"She's- she's in a-uh- she's not here, she's in a-" he cut himself off with a sob

I pull him into my arms, knowing what he was going to say.

She's in a coffin.

"Cmon," I whisper, "let's go."

He sniffed and slumped his tall figure over, going to the car with me.

We checked out of the hospital, yet I haven't seen my dad anywhere, and honestly I don't care.

He was never here anyways.

I sat in the driver seat, with mike in the passenger and we sped off.

We arrive at the house, but I don't leave.

"Vic? Are you coming?" Mike asks, outside the car door.

I shake my head no, and say "Kellins."

He nodded and walked in the house.

I pull out of the driveway, and head to kellins, tears streaming down my face.

I can't do this.

I know you can't.

Why did this happen?!
You're gonna die soon, too.

Yea, I know.

Very, very, soon.
