How I feel about him

Laurances POV

Garroth, Dante, Travis and I were all hanging out. Playing video games, watching movies, eating snacks, just normal guy stuff.

I always have fun hanging out with my bros like this, just me and the guys.

Dante and especially Garroth have always been like brothers to me, at least I think... I've only had a sister.

Travis and I haven't know each other for very long so I don't think I can say the same for him, but he's pretty cool.

Recently I've started liking Garroth... Heh kinda weird I know but he's always been there for me, and hey, a best friend probably isn't much different from a boyfriend.

It wasn't in till my senior year of high school that I realized my homosexuality... For about a year I was way in the closet, I wasn't comfortable with telling anyone, Hell I wasn't even comfortable with myself, but I grew the courage to tell my sister Cadenza, and she happily accepted me. And ever since then she's been helping me accept myself.

"Laurance?" Garroth said nudging my shoulder to bring me back to reality.

"Oh sorry Garroth, what did you need?" I asked.

"The movies over so we were gonna play Mario Kart, you wanna join?" He asked me. The way his eyes sparkle when he's having fun is adorable.

"Oh, no thanks I'm starting to get a headache... I think I'm gonna head to bed early." Okay maybe that was a little bit of a lie but I worry I'm acting different around Garroth and I don't want him to find out I like him just yet...

"You don't look so good Laurance, I'll walk you up to your room." Garroth tells me in his loving voice. Although it makes me so happy when he cares about me like this, I'm now worried that I'm gonna act like an idiot.

"Oh thanks." We walked up to my room, I sat on my bed and Garroth sat next to me. He put his hand on my forehead to feel my temperature.

"Hmm you seem a little warm. Just rest up and hopefully you'll feel better in the morning." He stood up, walked over to the door and closed it on his way out.

Once he left, I went straight to the bathroom to brush my teeth and stuff, my normal night routine. When I looked in the mirror I was red as a tomato. Ugh, no wonder I didn't look so good.

Maybe I should tell him my feelings for him... Nope bad idea, but I could always just tell him I'm gay, maybe that would lift some of the weight off my shoulders, or maybe it would be better to ask Cadenza what I should do.

In the morning

I woke up early so I started making breakfast, I don't cook that often even though everyone in the house would agree that I'm the best chef. I decided to go easy and make scrambled eggs with a side of toast.

Once I was finished with the food I set up the table, A plate of eggs and toast in the middle and four plates all around with silver wear to the side.

After I had everything set up I went to go wake everyone up starting with Garroth. "Hey, good morning!" I said nudging his shoulder to wake him up.

"Hey Laurance, are you feeling better?" Garroth asked me as he sat up and stretched his arms.

"Yeah I'm feeling great!" I smiled. He looks so adorable in the morning cause his bright blond hair is a scruffy mess when he first wakes up.

"That's good" he yawned "why'd you wake me up so early?" Garroth looked over at his clock.

"I made breakfast for everyone!" I smiled.

"Oh nice! I love it when you cook!" Garroth jumped out of bed and ran to his door.

"Um Garroth?" "Yeah Laurance?" "You think you could help me wake up Dante and Travis before you go dig in?" I said laughing.

"Nah, let's just eat all of it and let them make their own breakfast." Garroth said laughing. I giggled at his sarcasm.

"Travis wake up!" I yelled knocking on his door. "Ugh it's so early." He yelled back at me "Then I guess you won't get any of the food I made." The second I said that he came running to the door.

I walked upstairs and saw that Garroth and Dante we're already sitting at the table. Travis and I joined them and we all dug in.

After breakfast Dante cleared the table and did the dishes. I took my laptop down stairs and sat at the table with it, Travis went back to his room and Garroth was watching TV.

I checked my Facebook first then got on YouTube and watched a few videos, After that I got out my phone and sent a text to my sister Cadenza.

Laurance: Hey sis, are you busy later today?

Cadenza: I have work till 4:00 so do you wanna stop by my house around 4:15?

Laurance: Yeah sure!

Nice! Now I won't be stuck in the house all day.
