XANDER ARRIOLA GONZAGA, known as "First Party," agrees to enter into this contract with GEANNELLE KRHIZTINE DE CHAVEZ UY, known as "Second Party" on DECEMBER 10, 2011.

This contract says that if he does not follow this agreement "NO RELATIONSHIP in three (3) years" there has a corresponding penalty.

This agreement is based on the following provisions:

XANDER ARRIOLA GONZAGA:

1. She will give me one (1) bouquet of flower with chocolate. (She does it in public)

2. She'll be my household for three times (3x).

3. She accompanied me at Boracay for five (5) days.

GEANNELLE KRHIZTINE DE CHAVEZ UY:

1. First wish he brought me a DSLR camera. (I don't care if it is second hand or cheap prize. Just simply DSLR... I'm contented!!!)

2. A one (1) week vacation in BAGIUO accompanied by him.

3. A one (1) year donation to GMA foundation. (Every month required to donate. Kahit anu yung idonate nya.. ok lang basta donation... ok lang din kung mag volunteer kung wala maidodonate.. sasama naman ako sa volunteer...)

Furthermore, the said provision was agreed the First Party and the Second Party if he/she not followed the agreement "three (3) years no relationship" it will become valid. But, if he/she followed the said agreement the provision will change.

Invalidity or unenforceability of one or more provisions of this agreement shall not affect any other provision of this agreement.

This agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of the state of personal life.

It will expire on DECEMBER 10, 2014.
