The snow crunched under our feet as me and Sonic aka, my new guardian, which sounds cooler, raced each other to his mansion. But I had to purposely let him in front of me for a bit till the last second so I could learn the way to the location. But I sped up so I won, barley, sonic high fived me and praised me "You are fast, but I was going easy on you." I playfully socked him in the shoulder and sarcastically laughed, "of course you did, your frigin sonic the hedgehog!" I replied, knocking on the door panting heavily. "HOW ARE YOU STILL BREATHING CORRECTLY?!"I shouted in disbelief, putting my hands on my knees that were bent down. "well, I am a demon so-" "nevermind", I replied, my breathing short and ragged, I never did have a strong heart, but I never let it stop me. Even though it really gets unstable at times. "Hey, are you okay kid?" Sonic asked, as my eyesight became blurry, but I just held up a finger to silence him as I held a hand to my chest. I tried calming my breathing taking deep breaths in and out. It helped for the most part, I just can't over do things right now. "I'm good now for the most part." I said finally my voice sounding dry and hoarse. "What happened, don't go dying on me already kiddo, that wouldn't be good?" Sonic questioned concerned. "I never did have a strong heart, and I'm not gonna bore you with some story that would give me pitty so I'll leave it like that." I replied looking at the now opened door. What I saw made me tilt my head in questioning, my breathing was still heavy from the run and I just looked at him with a face that screamed, what the hell. The being just looked at me with some kind of lust look, no not sexual, but that one that you sometimes see in anime that just give you a warning that they might be a serial killer. I think I might be right this time.
"Hey blue, who's this, didn't you remember the number one rule? No humans, and if you see one, kill it on spot." The crazy looking boy with a cut smile and a knife that has gradually made an unwanted appearance. my blood ran cold, colder than it was out here. "Hey, b-buddy, why don't you just put down the gun?" I said, but then I smirked, "and let's settle this like men." I finished, earning a smirk from the boy, I'll just call him bread for now, cause he's about to be toast (hehehehe). He dropped the knife and walked further out into the yard, I followed getting lookes from a bunch of peo- er, whatever they are, they must think I'm crazy. But this dude. He seemed like he's pretty dependable on his knife and I trained with many weapons, and my fist, experiencing pain from many different kinds as well.
Many people including a very tall fellow, he looks like slender from the video game, not surprising they also have a link. I just shrugged it off and finished looking at all the new people, and started inspecting him. His stance, his expression, cocky little shiznut. He looked over confidant, a weakness, his stance, a weakness, I can quickly dive under his legs and kick him where the sun don't shine, and if he blocks that I can quickly dodge to the side and strike quickly from behind. Then if he gets back up, or tries, I'll go from there. I agreed with my plan, nodding my head slightly to myself. The slender being seemed to nod as well, I guess he might have read my mind? Cool, he better not be helping the dumb ASSTRONAUT over there.
Sonic looked worried as hell, shaking in anticipation. The slender man then used his telepathic powers or some shiz and told us the rules. "There will be absolutely no retreating, only when the person is held to the ground for five seconds is the fight truly over. If (y/n) wins, she will be able to live. If Jeff wins he gets to kill her any way possible.....BEGIN!" The booming voice shouted making Jeff run straight to me, I 'tched' and quickly ran toward him, sliding under his legs, he tried to grab my foot to drag me back up, but it was already to late his jewels have been crushed by my boots. He groaned in pain holding his area, but then growled in rage, running at me once more. I laughed loudly as I shifted to the left making him charge there but I then swiftly switched directions and kicked him down, he put up a fight but I had his face in the snow and his arm in my hands, he struggles and squirmed making my grip loosen a bit. The crowed screamed and cheered, but suddenly Jeff kicked my back, hard, I was panting roughly but I still got back up before he could pounce, I looked to sonic as I saw his face, he must be worried about my heart, numbskull, he seemed a little bit rough at first but he is actually actually big softie! I smiled at him and dodged Jeff's swing while still looking as sonic. I then turned my head very slowly as Jeff dare try and touch my hair. My eyes showed pure hate and fiery. He growled but I suddenly ran for his throat succeeding in my goal. I was on top of him his head facing me as my hands grasped down on his throat. He tried clawing kicking and all that jazz but I kept a firm hold on the son of a brick.
I growled as I banged his head up and down on the ground, "don't you ever, and I mean EVER! Try and touch my hair, me, or my belongings, or I'm gonna beat the shiznits outta you and your sorry asstronaut!"I shouted, I knew it had been over five seconds but my mind told me to kill him. The link dude tried pulling me off but I wouldn't budge, another girl came over her long warm dark purple coat making me realize how cold it actually was. She also helped, bit th e did not succeed, another girl ran over with the slender being and he used a tentical thingy to get me off of him. I growled and glared at him, I knew he was scared, but didn't want to show it. But then came then pain, my heart felt like it was about to explode. My breathing was non existing as I gasped for air. "Child, why is your heartbeat going so fast?" Slender voice boomed in my head. Sonic quickly grabbed me from slenders grasp and ran me inside. But slender just teleported, I managed to get a request out in one word, "w-water?" It was very faint but a girl in a pink dress ran to the kitchen. I smiled and took deep breaths, it helped slightly. I saw Jeff in the back, of the crowd trying to make his way out of the mess. "H-hey jeff! N-nice fight b-bro, best c-challange here s-so far!" I managed to get out, as I smiled and him. "He tched but I could tell he was just a grumpy wumpus wo. The girl came back and handed me water, which I gladly gulped down. "Don't w-worry dudes, i-im good, g-great, fan-freakin-tastic." I said, waving my hand weakly. " well, ok child, since your living with us now, we would like to introduce ourselves." Slender said, "don't need to, only the two girls and link boy over there." I responded. Well, ok then, the one in pink is sally, and the next is frost, then the last would have to be BEN. yes, there are more, but they aren't hear very much, but E.j, a man that wears a mask with no eyes is out, as well my proxies, masky hoodie and.... Toby, you'll know who they are when you see them." Slender explained, I smiled and yawned, "thanks, and it was good meeting you all, now I'm just gonna catch a couple of z's I responded, finishing the last of the water and setting it down, "if you don't mind?" I continued. "No child it's perfectly fine, you seem to be tired and I will leave you to that." Slender said, shooing everyone out of the living room. I nodded as a thanks and hugged sonic, "I made sure to go easy on him." I whispered to sonic as he hugged back earning a chuckle in response. "Good, that means next time you can really show him who's boss."Sonic laughed out, releasing from the hug. I layed down and mumbled goodnight and I fell asleep right away, thinking of the future all head with my new family. I still gotta get my consoles and games though, but i'll leave that for tomorrow.
