「 day six 」

i looked around me and saw nothing but this empty street, i decided to stroll around the city and enjoy this by myself. i could've called a friend, but i'd rather spend this silence by myself than calling hoshi-hyung and dokyum-hyung.

going home from the market everyday became a habit, after i'm done with school. i'd go there and visit vernon after school, buying a few things for my sister and my mother. after that i can use this excuse to visit him everyday, which isn't that bad at all. i bet i could stare at him all day long if i died.

"seungkwan-ah!" it was seungcheol-hyung, he ran towards me while carrying his backpack that is probably filled with his clothes from his training, i met his gaze for a few seconds before smiling at him.

"hi, hyung. how was training?" i continued to walk, him following beside me. "well, i should train more and show the juniors that i am capable of being their captain." i turned to the left, and slowly the market came to my vision. "where are you going right now?" he asks, i pointed at the market. he nodded and patted my shoulder before going in the opposite direction of the street.

nervousness takes over me when i was already getting nearer, the familiar place that i always go to and the place where i can just feel happiness, real happiness.

i slowly approached the auto-door and it opened by itself, i was greeted by the coolness inside the market and it was so cold that i had goosebumps. seeing vernon using his laptop while he chews on a gum is normal, it's like this view has already been painted inside my mind and it'll stay for so long.

his jawline, his hair, his beanie, his clothes and his skin. everything about him is perfect, especially his eyes and voice.

his head shot up and he immediately smiled at me when he saw me inside, i walked towards him and put my bag on the counter. since no one is coming, i always do my homework in front of him while he composes. it's just a peaceful atmosphere.

and there is no way he was staring at me the whole time i was doing my homework.
