THEY ALL WOKE UP
no one died, maybe some had injuries but they were relieved when they realized it was just an earthquake. the government was overreacting and it was a shame other people took their own lives, hansol looked around the swarm of people around the market. spotting a figure he always has loved with another person that he also loves.
seungkwan and john.
maybe because they've changed something about him and made him a better person, he was glad they are alive.
maybe a little bit too glad.
he ran towards them while crying out ugly sobs, jumped then landed on seungkwan's body. wrapping his legs around the elder's waist with his arms around his neck. "seungkwaa, i'm glad you're alive."
the older boy also started crying, hugging back hansol as he pulled john towards them, the trio crying together.
"i'm glad we are alive, i was so scared of losing you both. oh my gosh."
they laughed, arms never left each other as seungkwan leaned in and pecked hansol's nose. "i think the market is earthquake proof."
"it is."
"really? the owner must've been rich."
"he was."
"i feel richer because i have you."
"stop it vernonie!"
"shut up you both, i'm a single man that's available to anyone, any size, any gender and any color - rainbow would be nice, honestly. introduce me to someone and i'll prepare your wedding. as long as that someone accepts me for the way i am."
seungkwan giggled, smacking john's shoulder as he held onto hansol's hips with his other hand.
then there, in front of the market where they first met, seungwan and hansol shared a kiss.
a lot had happened in a month, most of it were sad. but seungkwan believed that as long as he carries a genuine smile on his face, he will be able to carry his sister's legacy with him. he's not alone anymore, he has his friends, his lover, his other family members.
"it's good to be alive!"
