Vanessa mom, dad, and little sister are sitting in the kitchen eating breakfast.
Gina: wait wait, so you and Austin are not together anymore?
Vanessa: ( frustrated ) for last time, no madre.
Gina: I'm sorry honey I'm just a little confused here you and Austin were cute together, now your dating someone named?
Vanessa: zac mama! ( takes a bite of her pancakes)
Gina: ( shakes her head) to be honest with you honey I just feel you your moving a little to fast and that you should slow down...
Greg: (puts his hand on Gina leg cutting her of)
What your Mother is trying to say is we would love to have him for dinner.
Vanessa: ( happy ) really?!
Gina: ( upset) Greg!
Greg: ( gives Gina the look)
Stella: I bet he is ugly
Vanessa: shut up Stella ( throws bacon at her )
Stella: mom!
Gina: both all y'all go upstairs and get ready for school.
Vanessa: ( smiles ) come one little one
Stella: who you calling little! ( walks upstairs with Vanessa)
Gina: honey what was that about!? (Curious )
Greg: I agree with you honey, I don't want Vanessa getting boy crazy but let's just meet this zac character, then decide.
Gin: ( smiles ) wow I married a smart man. ( pecks him on the lips)
At west high Vanessa Ashley and Britney are at lunch....
Ashley: your dad was totally cool with it?
Vanessa: ( bites with her Apple ) yea.
Britney: that's so weird it's usually the other way around.
Ashley: right, but anyway meeting the fam that means things are getting serious huh?! ( nudging Vanessa giving her a corky smile)
Vanessa: I guess ( blushing)
Britney: so Ashley are we still going to throw that pool party at your house this Saturday!
Ash: omg yes since cheer season is pretty much over, and Don't forget to invite some people!
Vanessa: totally!
Ashely: ( sees Jared ) sorry ladies gotta cut this convo short ( gathers all her stuff and kisses v and Brit on the check ) love ya!
V: ( wipes her face ) ew
Brit: ( laughs)
It's the end of the day and Vanessa in her car on her way home.
V: ( hears her phone ringing and looks at the caller ID) hey you I was just about to call you!
