Ed's POV. .
Edward wiped his mouth, as the now lifeless cow fell down on ground with a loud thud. Luckily, his Cape was red, so you didn't really notice the fresh blood on his left sleeve. Normally, he would be very careful not spill any blood, but he had been so hungry, or call it thirsty, that he hadn't been that carefully. It had been a week and a half since his last meal, and now he had finally found a 'proper' meal, who could satisfy him. Or, well, not completely. Since the blood of a cow tastet like shit. Actually, Edward hadn't ever tastet shit, so that was a lie. But it definitely tasted horrible. "Well, rather 'eating' a disgusting cow than killing a human" Edward thought to himself, again wiping blood away from his mouth. He was so tired of this lifestyle. All he dreamed about was being able to eat food again, sleep, be in the same room as his beloved little brother, without fearing losing control and kill him. More like eat him. Edward hated being a vampire, but he didn't regret the reason to why he turned in to one. Though, it make him love being a blood sacking monster one bit. Edwards mind making its way back reality, he looked down at the cow, into its now lifeless eyes. He turned around, and walked into the woods. Feeling sorry for the farmer that was going to wake up tomorrow, finding one of his cattle dead. Killed by a monster, by him. As he felt his teeth shrinking, returning to their normal size, he crawled up into a tree. When he sat in the very top of the 80 metres tall tree, gazing at the relaxing night view, loneliness hit him like a truck. "Maybe I should go visit Al in central? I'm sure he'll be happy, after all, I haven't seen him in a least a couple of months."
Being cut off from society, and any kind of source of social information, he had completely lost track of time. Yeah, maybe visiting his beloved brother wouldn't be so bad.
As he decided that, he thought that he at least had to feed once a day for some time, before setting off to central. Minimising the risk of killing any humans, the risk of killing his brother. Hopefully, he would find Alphonse there, he knew that he worked in the military. Morning had come, and he apologised beforehand to the farmer in his head, as he jumped down from the tree. He sunk a bit into the earth, since he had hit it with such force. He himself though, was perfectly fine. Not a single scratch on him. He stood there for some time, as he starred at the sun rising, the light running over the distant hills like water. He cracked a smile, and walked into the heart of the forest, waiting for night to come.Roy's POV.
Roy groaned, as the sunlight hit his eyes, waking him up from his slumber. He rubbed his eyes as he slowly sat up in bed. He looked over at his clock, it was 05:37 am. God, he nearly hadn't gotten any sleep, and as usual, he had loads of paperwork, waiting for him at his office. He grumbled as he decided that it was better to get ready, than trying to fall asleep again. He took a quick shower, not waiting for the water to turn warm. After getting clothes and uniform on, he stepped out of his apartment, and in to his car. He didn't bother breakfast, since he wasn't the slightest bit hungry. He drove toward HQ, arriving in no time, since there was no traffic, this time a day. HQ was pretty much empty, but most people would also first be showing up in couple of hours, considering the time. Roy sighed, as he walked towards his office, his head hanging low, thinking of the sea of paperwork on his desk. He opened the door to his office, and to his big surprise, there was already someone in there. He couldn't decide if it was a girl or boy, because all he could see was the persons back. The person had dirty, but not greased hair, tied in a messy braid, reaching the middle his/hers back. He or was wearing a red coat, which was also dirty. And the colonel could slightly see some black boots, and, well, those boots were defiantly not of a girl. Roy could at least tell that much. The person around, and as he had figured out, it was a young boy. Golden orbs looking directly into onyx eyes. Roy froze. He had never seen such captivating and beautiful eyes before. They were big, magical, and kind of... mysterious . They were a bright shade of gold, and they looked like they held some sort of a dark secret. They were seducing. Not only his eyes, the boy himself was smoking hot, beside being dirty. "Wait, what? " The colonel quickly snapped out of it, cleared his throat, and asked the dirty boy what business he'd had here. "I am looking for a boy called Alphonse"...Sorry (-_-) (I'm not really sorry), I just had to! And if you don't understand the meme, then I'll tell you that it's called when mom's not home(>♢<) Important notice, in this story, Edward has all his original limbs, and Alphonse is not an armor. Well, I hope I see you guys in the next chapter, bye@ (^♢^).
