Close your eyes.
Feel the sand between your toes.
Hear the waves of the sea moving.
Feel the sun shining on your face.
Hear the birds flying above you. Open your eyes.
See people running and talking.
Laughing and smiling.
Kissing and hugging.
Take a deep breath and stand up.
Hear the wind blowing.
See the sun shining and the waves floating.
See the birds.
See the nature.
See you.
Hear you.
Feel you.
Listen to your heart and fill it with love and happiness.
Feel the joy getting into your heart.
Smile, laugh.
And keep holding onto that feeling on the way home.
Just smile and close your eyes. But not your heart. Never your heart. Otherwise you can't listen to it.
