The sky cries.
My heart cries.
I knew you we're no good to me
But I still believed
That some parts of you
We're good.
But guess what
I was wrong again.
We had a connection.
I wished for your affection.
I felt a resurrection.
You gave me hope.
Everytime I looked
Into your eyes
And you looked at me too
I knew there was something
Something going on between us.
Maybe it was just a thought..
Because everytime
I texted you
You ignored me.
Maybe you wasn't
The type of person
Who checked his social
Media daily.
But maybe that's me
Hoping again.
I knew you have had feelings
Feelings for me.
I knew that because
Someone told me that.
I dreamt of us
Many times.
You just cannot imagine
What you mean to me.
Yeah, you still do.
And that hurts.
That's why I cry.
My heart cries.
And the sky cries with me.
