Clara

We walked into the restaurant and I recognised the five boys straight away; One Direction. Stella was a fan of them the second she heard What Makes You Beautiful, and Courtney had been a fan since I met her, and Stella told me Courtney was the one who told her about them. And now, two of my best friends were living their dreams, and meeting the boys they had loved for ever. I felt very out of place, but I was still amazed to be doing a colab with such a big band. I'm guessing they knew we were here to see them, because they smiled as we walked in the door. They were all dressed in suits, and I instantly felt underdressed, as we were all still in what we had worn onstage that night, which in my case was a very short shirt that showed stomach and a pair of shorts and very high heels, with my dark curly hair left down. I personally wouldn't have worn this by choice, and I knew Stella and Courtney weren't to comfortable with their own outfits, but that was management. I took hold of Stella and Courtney's hands nervously. I may not have been a fan, but I was still incredibly nervous. After standing there awkwardly for almost a minute, Liam cleared his throat and stepped forward.

"Hi, I'm Liam." He smiled, extending a hand for Courtney to shake.

"Courtney." She replied, and I was surprised at how calm she seemed. He moved on to me.

"I'm Clara, pleased to meet you." I smile.

"Stella, I'm a huge fan." Stella said as he moved over to her, but she didn't shake his hand, instead, she gave him a hug, and I could see tears in her eyes, and he just laughed.

"We're fans of you, too." He said honestly. I'll skip the rest of the introduction, so you don't have to be bored. We say at a table, and didn't discuss anything important. In fact, we just sat there, talking about rubbish and laughing just about the whole night. We skipped our entrée, ate half of the main meal each (apart from Niall, who ate the other half for everyone else) and we all ate desert about seven times. We didn't leave until three in the morning, and in the time I was there, I learnt a lot about these boys that I hadn't known before, not being a fan and all. First off, Louis wasn't at all rude. In fact, he was actually very polite. He was definitely a joker and slightly sassy, but not rude. Second off, I thought Zayn was shy and the other boys always spoke over him, which wasn't the case at all. The truth was he was slightly shy at first, but once you started speaking to him you couldn't get him to shut up! And finally, I found out that they had a drummer named Josh. He came in just before we left, and muttered something about being at some drumming competition before sitting at a completely different table to the rest of us. I wasn't really part of the conversation, so I excused myself and moved over to sit beside him.

"Hi." I say as I sit down.

"Who the hell are you?" He questioned rudely.

"Um, I'm Clara." I say, slightly taken aback by his rudeness, but I ignored it.

"I'm sorry," He started. "But um, Clara who? Are you an actress or something? You do not look famous, hell, you couldn't even be a prostitute or anything like that. Are you a waitress? I don't want anything."

"Um, what's that supposed to mean?" I asked, my temper running out.

"You aren't even hot or anything." Josh said, shrugging. Standing up, I picked up my glass and threw the water towards him, with the water splashing all over him.

"Actually for your information, I'm part of the band Silence, and um, we're now world-famous, and the second best band in the world after One Direction, and who are you? Just some drummer? You aren't in any way good-looking either, so shut up and take a good look at yourself before you judge other people, you fucking asshole." I yell, walking from the restaurant with his jaw hanging. I hear Stella and Courtney say some hurried apologies and goodbyes before they came running after me. They knew me well enough that I wouldn't speak another word that night, and so we got into the limo in silence, and the only regret I can ever feel from that night is that I just ruined what could have been the best day of two of my best friends' lives.

A/N;

I just want to say a little more about this story... Yes, Clara is a good singer, although I highly doubt she could ever become famous with her voice (although, one day she might be a pianist or a jockey!!), and Courtney and myself actually absolutely SUCK at singing. So yeah, we aren't really in a band, I just wanted a reason for us to meet them, because I personally am sick to death of fans running into them in the street or something, that's so boring and overused!! So, here you go, my rubbish little story(: x By the way, once she lets me use one, I shall put a photo of Clara up on the side(: x
