The new heroes of Olympus: meet the new demigods

Found some cousins... Im the dauhter of Zeus?... Great....

"This can't be happening.... Vanessa Grace? Thalia do we a have another sister or?" Jason asked the girl with the short black hair, which her name turned out to be Thalia, "no she can't be our sister, Chiron could this be some kind of coincidence?" She asked the man who was in the wheel chair. "Nope, Rachel told me this, she is related to you both." A girl with red curly hair came up to us "oh, Jason I see you found your.... Cousin. She is also the Daughter of Zeus, she is Greek... So Jason your kind of the only one in the Family that is Roman, what can you do" she told Jason and Thalia. "Oh, but I never knew that mom had a sister?" Jason asked Rachel and Thalia, "I think I remember, mom explained to me when you were still a little kid, she said, that she had a younger sister and that she was having a kid.... Who was the daughter of Zeus... and she was upset" Thalia was explaining it to everyone, I still had the Symbol on my forehead I tried to take it off by rubbing my forehead but it didn't go away, "you have been claimed, Vanessa your the Daughter of Zeus.... The God of lightning, and King of all Gods, and cousin of Jason and Thalia" Rachel told me. Then she faced Maya who was standing there quiet the whole time, wondering when she will be claimed. "What's your name?" Thalia asked Maya "my name is Maya Jones" she replied back.

Ok I just found two cousin that I never knew that exists, and I am the daughter of Zeus... I don't know what to do, I'm totally lost. I mean i don't fight at all, I'm not a hero at all.
"Ok, Vanessa your in Cabin one... The big house. And Maya when your finally claimed, we will put you in a cabin" Chiron told us and went away. "Ok, if your the youngest of us both, I will protect you as much as I protect Jason, I don't want nothing to happen to you. And if we go in a mission... You stay ok?" Thalia told me. "Yeah of course I'm new here!" I told her. "Wait where do we go now?" Maya asked Thalia "I'll show you two around just try to be careful...I'm part of the hunters of Artemis, and my brother here, Jason Is the son of Jupiter: which is just Roman for Zeus." "What's the difference ?" Maya asked "one is Roman and the other one is Greek... As I was saying, Jason is from another Camp which is called camp Jupiter. So, yeah any other questions?" Thalia said. "No" we both said, so then we began to walk in some dangerous places.

"You guys have to practice...you know like fighting, it gets pretty easy later on. So I will be training you both." Thalia said, "hey, Brandon!" She yelled out.
BRANDON?! Yes of course I knew him, he goes to my school he's the guy I recognized first, he's the guy I have... Well a kind of bit of a crush, but that doesn't matter now is he a demigod as well? Duh... If he wasn't he wouldn't have been here. He came running, and pretty fast, "hey, come over here your gonna help me train these two ok?" Thalia told him and she wasn't asking him to help her train us, she telling him. "Yeah, sure" he said. "Ok girls, this is Brandon, son of Nike, Nike is the goddess of speed, strength and victory" she told us "and this is Maya jones, not yet claimed and Vanessa Grace my little cousin... Also she is the daughter of Zeus" Thalia told him. "Cool" he said, he looked at me and I looked at him back...so I just looked back at Thalia.

"Ok so since you have been claimed you need a weapon, or you already have a weapon?" Thalia asked me, "NO, of course not!" I shouted, I immediately screamed that, why would I have a weapon on me. What kind of person would I be,
"No, she didn't mean it like that. Do you have it like gifted..." I kind of didn't understand what Brandon just said. "Ok?" I said back, the symbol came back at my forehead, "really, I get it. I'm claimed!" I don't know why I was talking to that symbol, then out of mid air, a sword came out with a bit of lightning then landed into my hands... I kind of got scared, I don't know why I got scared. "Never mind you have one already" Brandon said, Jason came up to us both. "Hey, Maya you haven't been claimed yet right?" Jason asked Maya, "yeah, that's right" she said. "Ok, but I need to know if your Roman or Greek..." He said, "but right now I'm gonna train them both" Thalia said "fine, I'll show her to some people ok... Now everyone will know that she is my little cousin" he said, he sounded so happy to know there is someone younger to take care, and I guess I'm pretty happy about it to and I've always wanted a big brother... Well I have a big cousin.... That's something right? I smiled back, with the same excitement he had in his face.

After all that hard work to finally know how to work a sword. "Hey, um do you know where Jason is Maya? I mean like you were with him all the time, do you know where he is now?" I asked her "uh I think somewhere in the camp fire?" She said "oh ok come with me" then she leaded the way to the camp fire.

"Jason?" I said, it looks like we're in some woods,
"Umm, Maya this doesn't look like some kind of camp fire! Where are we?!" I asked her. "Uhh i don't known I'm also new!" She said. I walked around the woods with Maya by my side and it was dark. Then I heard a sound somewhere near us, "umm hello someone or something there?" Maya said, we both hugged each other, "hey, get your sword!" She told me. "Uh, ok...uhh, I only know how to use a sword I don't know how to get my sword, it came from mid air!" I told her. I waved my hand on the air, then when I saw my hand it had lightning surrounding it, then my sword came I gasped and also did Maya. Then the monster came face-to-face with us, it had a head with of an eagle, and also wings and had the body of lion.

It made a noise I was frozen in fear Maya looked like she was about to scream, but she just left her mouth wide open. It was walking away, then I walked 3 steps back and something popped behind me and then I made a squeal. The weird looking bird...lion? Came up to us, it carried Maya up and was about to throw her, then I stabbed the big eagle lion.... But of course the monster is mythical so that was nothing really. Then he let go of Maya and she went behind me, then he came for me and put me on his beak then I stabbed it more deeper on his neck, but I didn't know that will hurt him so much, he made the loudest noise, I covered my ears and he put his head down the floor. I rolled off his mouth.
Then when I saw on the opposite side of the weird looking creature, it was Jason. And a tear came down my cheek. He was the one who made the creature scream, he broke his tail off and his leg. Jason was there for me.
I hugged Maya, then Jason came toward me.
