The new heroes of Olympus: meet the new demigods

Vanessa's POV

We sat down for a while, in the cave I was scared. Maya was armed ready to fight, "hello? Is someone there?" A voice came from the cave. We all stood up and got ready to fight. A person came out, "uhh, can I help you?"a girl from the cave. But there wasn't only one person, there was that girl, then a boy & and another girl.

I was shocked, why was there people living in there?   "Uh hi?" Percy said, the strangers came in closer, "um, do you know where the hunter of-" Annabeth started saying but, the other people stopped her, stomped her foot on the ground. "Sorry just don't say their name out loud, or we might get in trouble" the girl said. "Hey, sorry for that, my name is Jennifer" she said "and this Kylie, and that's Cameron" Jennifer told us, "hey" Cameron said to us, and Kylie waved at us.

We stepped out of the cave, and started talking. "Wait, sorry but I have to ask, where are the hunters of Artemis? My cousin is endangered so-" Jennifer cut me off "Well, they are really endangered, their weapons are taken away. And they are imprisoned by Lycoan" "and we are also improsined" Cameron told us, "so if we are caught talking to anyone. we get killed" Kylie told us, "we're going in" Annabeth told us, "yeah!" Maya said everyone shushed her, she shrugged. "Let's go save Thalia" I said whispering. "You three can escape, we could take care of Lycoan our selves, you two stay with them" Jason told Maya and I. "Seriously Jason... We could do it-" Jason stopped me "but this is Lycoan we're talking about..." Hazel said, "we could do this" Maya said while fist bumping me. Then Maya got me by the arm we walked inside the cave. Then we came out side again, "can you please go first, we don't know where to go" Maya said. Everyone passed in front.
I actually... Started to regret coming, this actually sounds serious, but I have to prove that I'm brave.

I heard growling, in a side of a cave. Everyone picked that side of the cave, I was now scared... Nope, not the right word to explain, frightened, I know I will start to get some bravery on me, but still. Maya's face looked normal?... Is she not scared of what's gonna happen.

  We walked in, well the others walked in and I just peeked in what's in there.
Maya saw me "what happened? I thought you wanted to come?" She asked me "yeah, but I'm having regrets just entering the cave" I told her honestly "c'mon... Vanessa we both took down that big hellhound, it was some kind of dog right? And whatever this is we could do this together" she told me, "thanks, I'm just scared-" then I heard a scream from inside the place, "HELP!" Piper screamed, I saw her trapped in a paw of a...werewolf? A big one gods this is creepy, but j got to help, Jason tried to attack above by flying, "really? I thought we talked about this already, nothing could kill me... Apart from one certain thing... But of course I'll not die forever, now quit playing around with me. And try to save your friend" the monster said.

I gasped to loud, the monster saw me. "Well, what do we have here" the monster said, he sniffed me. "Oh, a daughter of Zeus?" He said, obviously he didn't ask he knows he was right. Brandon came up to the monster trying to stab the monster with his weapon, but he later got slapped my the law of the monster, he layed there, "Brandon!" I screamed across the cave. "Ok the first thing when I see those demigods, I'm gonna punish them" the monster said. Which demigods? Ohh... Those demigods, those "strangers" turned out to be demigods. "Let her go!" Jason screamed, I saw Frank's weapons. Bows and arrows? And the arrow has to have silver on the top, and obviously silver kills werewolves. "Uh frank..." I said trying to tell him he clearly has the weapon kill that monster. He didn't listen, "ugh" I said I got a arrow for me and for Maya , we went in back of that monster, Percy attacked it with his sword but ended up falling on the floor but he didn't stop.

I made some gestures to Jason, to tell him that me and Maya got this, he disagreed. I heard people running, it was the demigods. And the hunters! I was trying to look for Thalia.  I went up to Jason and tried to convince him that we get this...
Finally I convinced him, he asked if two people could distract him, Percy and Leo went in front of Lycoan and tried to distract him, Jason was distracting from above. Piper was still there, finally he let go of Piper. She was falling, but Jason caught her right on time. When she was gonna hit the floor. They hugged, "guys, no time for that!" Leo said, calypso found some rocks, she started throwing at Lycoan. "Oh, are you serious?" Lycoan said, "it's too bad that you won't find Thalia" Lycoan added. "We'll find her!" Percy screamed, "oh I'll make it easier for you" Lycoan said. He took out a pile of rocks and then we saw Thalia trying to get out of the cage she was trapped in. The hunters tried to attack, Lycoan. "Oh look who we have here! The demigods who betrayed me!" Lycoan said, "why did you come back" Annabeth asked, then Kylie handed me and Maya some silver weapons, Lycoan protected the cage of Thalia, "you won't get passed by me" Lycoan threatened us, "or maybe we can!" Maya screamed, I flew up to his neck and attacked his neck with the silver and Maya did the same thing but in his leg, Maya handed Annabeth her weapon, Lycoan was already weak, Annabeth slashed his arm.

Then we saw Lycoan trying to threaten us, he fell into dust. "Oh my gods! Vanessa? Maya?" Thalia said. "Jason how are we gonna get Thalia out of this cage?" I asked him,  he stepped in front and then, he summoned lightning and opened the cage. Thalia was out! I ran up to her and so did Annabeth we hugged her. She laughed "thanks guys, Vanessa I told you were supposed to stay in camp with Maya" Thalia told us, "but they work great with us" Hazel said. "They are pretty much ready for everything, but not much, they still need to practice" Percy said "i mean I started just like you guys" Percy added, she patted Maya on the shoulder.

"Let's keep moving, I need to find my weapons before we-" Thalia was trying to say to all of us and the hunters, "wait, aren't we supposed to get Brandon, I mean like we've been with out him all the time?" Maya told us, "oh yeah" everyone said, everyone ran up to him. "Brandon are you ok?" I asked, while shaking him. He woke up.

(A/N: hello there, uh yeah so I've been busy.... So I'll try to update soon. And yeah I'll just leave this part like this, and if there is a typo...just leave it like that😅)
