Don't blame yourself. Don't say sorry to yourself because you are you. Embrace, encourage, and make yourself happy. Do whatever you want, even if its hard to do, or a hand-shaking, or a breath-taking things, just do it when it comes to improving. Do it. You'll thank yourself soon when you start to realize that the new you, is 'you' that you wanted to be.
