He had long slender arms, and he had tentacles coming out of him. 1 by 1 the tentacles shot towards Patrick, Jack, and Nick. Once the boys were in his arms, they started to shout for help but then 3 tentacles that looked like dicks were shoved in their mouths. 

The boys were in shock. Because they always suck their thumbs when they are scared they started to suck on the dick-like tentacles. Once they realized what they were doing, they sucked but slender couldn't. He shoved his tentacles so far down their throats, they were choking on them.
