If I said that I missed would you say it back
If I told you that I love you would you say I love you back
If I said you were my heart would you say I was your soul
If I said I was broken would you say I completed you
If I told you I was sorry would it have made you stay
If I didn't start the fight would you have still left
If I asked you to stay would you still be alive
If I told you I loved you would that be enough to bring you back
Because if it did I would say it so you'd never forget it
