Everything in this chapter is happening at the same time. Both points of views will be happening at the same time in separate places.

*Nathan's POV

"Our first date... can't even put it in words. I have no idea what happened. My mom-"

"Dude, your mom went on a date-"

"You didn't let me finish," Nathan continues. "She kept texting me the entire time I was on the date, excited-"

"That's worse," Jack says as he laughs at my misfortune.

I groan, annoyed that he keeps interrupting me. This only makes him laugh harder.

"It's not my fault that you're a mamma's boy," Jack says, as he continues to laugh causing him to snort.

I bite my tongue to keep the grin off my face at his uncontrollable snorting. "I swear I question why I'm best friends with you sometimes."

He stops laughing and gives me a stony look, "You seriously question our friendship? Out of all people... you were the last person I would ever-"

"Alright, alright... enough already. I was kidding. But can't you take this seriously for a minute. Con-"

"Nope, absolutely not," Jack says with a smirk on his face.

"You were the one who asked me how the dates were going," I say.

He coughs clearing his throat, "Right, and the best thing to do right now is be a good best friend in your time of need."

I roll my eyes at the fact he's trying hard not to start laughing. "I'm not in a state of need. I ju-"

"It seems that you are, considering every time you stop by here all you do is go on and on about this girl... what's her face?"

"Her name is Kia; seriously it's not that hard to remember," I say annoyed all over again.

He smirks at me satisfied with the way I reacted. "I think I've made my point."

"Whatever, I'm getting a beer out the fridge. Put somethin' on. I'm tired of talking about my not so interesting love life," I say standing up from the couch.

*Kia's POV

I sit down on a stool at our table and wait for the mockery to begin with my not so good wake up this morning.

Right after I had gone into the bathroom Jess came out of her room looking as lovely as ever, see my sarcasm. She was rubbing her eyes walking all sleepily as if nothing was going on, and some crazy random stalker or something couldn't have murdered me.

Anywho... I had splashed some water on my face as I had waited for myself to calm down and my heart to stop beating so rapidly. I hadn't had a dream like that in forever, at least not about a guy I just started talking to. It was usually about some guy on TV. And even those weren't that vivid.

I shake my head to clear those thoughts because all it does is make me heat up all over again.

"So tell me, how steamy was it? Was it, moan in your sleep steamy or jump his bones-"

"Alright," I shout getting Tati to shut her trap. But the slick smile on her face says it all.

"Hey, guys, what's up?"

I hear the voice of Jessica say as she walks in the kitchen.

"What was the whole wet dream thing earlier? Kia why are you blushing harder than a tomato? Was Tati describing one if her intimate dreams again? What have I-"
