Dylan stepped out the shadows and let go of my hand. I backed away slowly as he stepped closer to me still holding his trade mark smirk.. Instinctively, I disconnected the walkie from my ear.
“What are you doing here?” I whisper yelled at him.
“Stalking you, what do you think?” he joked and I shushed him.
“You need to get out of here I'm in the middle of something important!”
“Yeah, I'm sure you are, but I'm here because I need something.”
“What? Toilet paper? 'Cause there's plenty!” I said.
“No, your answer.”
I wasn't exactly expecting that. I'd mentally forced myself to forget that day along with most of the feelings I had for Dylan. I was going to stay away from him, I had promised to. Dylan continued to step closer and I backed up with every step that he took. It wasn't long before my back hit the door in the tiny closet and I prayed that the guards hadn't heard. Their voices didn't sound like they were very far away.
Dylan was centimeters away and his alluring scent filled my nose and made me want to inhale deeply. Why do boys always smell so good... I mentally shook myself and remembered what I was supposed to be doing.
I was supposed to telling Dylan to stay away from me.
I was supposed to be on a mission.
I was supposed to be a serious, focused spy.
I wasn't supposed to like him.
I didn't say a word and Dylan started to close the distance. I couldn't.
His lips locked to mine in an instant and I let my walls down, and he came in. His taste made me forget everything around me. His touch excited my senses as his hands curled into my hair and sent tingles down my spine. The voices of the guards passed by but I didn't notice.
I was too busy making out with Dylan in the closet.
He was the one to break the kiss as always and I was left staring into his emerald green eyes and his smile of accomplishment. His kissed my forehead in the sweetest way that made my heart explode.
Once he pulled away and wasn't touching me anymore I regained my sense and the wires in my brain reconnected. I slapped his chest, hard. It didn't hurt him in the least bit but it did get a message across.
“What's wrong?”
“I didn't say you could do that!” I said as loudly as I could at that moment.
He smirked at me again and said “But you didn't stop me either.”
“I... but.. you.. and...I… uh” I was at a loss for words. Because, well, he was completely right.
He just made me forget everything. No one else but him could do that.
“I'm not going to date you, Dylan. I can't.” I said finally. I could feel the time slipping away in my head.
“I realize that. But, I also don't care.” He pecked me quickly on the lips and again I lost it and held onto him as he pulled away.
“Gah, stop doing that!” I slapped him on the arm.
“Someone's upset that I found their weakness...” Dylan said in a sing songy voice.
“Shut up!”
“Make me.” he gave me a look and I had a about feeling what he really meant by that.
“No, no, no! This is not happening.” I started to literally shake my head that time.
