By the year 2040, much of Earth was destroyed. Billions of people dead and gone.
In Africa and South America, the viruses and disease had been the most wide spread and the deadliest. Their populations were almost completely wiped out, except for small, spread out remnants of humanity.
Because of no more people in these places, the environment came back. The Amazon rainforest reached sizes it hadn't been at in centuries. So much growth lead to more oxygen. The amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere dramatically decreased, and temperatures globally dropped an average of 5° F. The deserts shrunk as well.
In Asia, the continent had been devastated. Atomic bombs and nuclear weaponry had decimated China and South Asia. The Amur War terrorized many. Japan and Mesopotamia are the only places where people still live. In the Middle East, Israel had been destroyed, and there were no standing buildings in all of Palestine. Iran had tried to invade Saudi Arabia, and ended up destroying not only Saudi Arabia but all of the Middle East.
Europe had been invaded by Russia, and countries had banded together to fight back. One country, called Zadarmo, was situated in Western Europe. It flights it's way thriugh, captured, and invaded it's way to the Atlantic Ocean. Then it bombed England. Much of Europe was destroyed.
Australia's current state is unknown.
In North America, disease and viruses swept through Mexico, Texas, and the South United States. Civil War, natural disasters, and disease destroyed most.
In 2028, the population was very close to 8 billion.
By 2100, the population of Earth is around 2 billion. Most likely less than that.
