Their school was separated into different social groups. There were the popular girls, the jocks, the nerds, etc. In order to not get made fun of, the students stayed with their groups. That meant they hung out with, communicated, and most importantly, dated the people from their group. This "rule" seemed pretty stupid to only one person. Brady Irwin. He had never dated anybody out side of his group, but he was still against the "rule".
"All right settle down!" Yelled their teacher as the late bell rang. A few seconds after the bell, the new girl came into the class room.
"Hi I am Anna Mcallister. Sorry I am late I got lost." She whispered to the teacher as she sat down in an empty seat.
"That is alright Ms. Mcallister. " said Mr. Ross.
When she sat down, she noticed Brady staring at her. She smiled at him sheepishly as she watched him fidget with his fingers. She hid a small giggle and turned around to take notes of the class. Suddenly, she felt somebody tap her shoulder. When she turned around, it was Brady with a folded piece of paper in his hand. He smiled at her as she took the note. It read,
"Hey, i am Brady. Your cute. Wanna hang out some time?"
She smiled and wrote,
"Sure, maybe after school. Your cute too by the way. I am Anna. Nice to meet you."
She passed back the note with a wink along with it. She waited for a few seconds until the next note came. When it did, it said,
"We can go get some pizza and watch a movie at my house? Is that fine? It's up to you."
She read it and answered,
"That sounds perfect. Meet me at my locker after school. It's Locker 253. See you then."
When Brady took back the note and read it, he smiled sheepishly and nodded to Anna. It was the start of something great.
