Chapter Twelve

*Jr's room in MM*

Mama Carol's POV

When I approached Jr's room I seen him sitting on his bed crying. I was about to go inside but then I heard him talking and stopped to listen.

God I hear grandma talk to you or about you all the time. She said I can come to you about anything so God here it goes. I just want to pray for my mom, dad, and Grandma.

I know things look bad but grandfather said if I told he would hurt Grandma again a-a-and hurt mom. So I did not say anything but all I ask is if for the h-hurt to go away.

I do not know if you hear me but it is worth the try right. I heard Jr say and wipe the tears from his face. It's all my fault I heard him mumble before putting his pajamas on and going to bed.

*Jr Down Below*

I walked away from Jr's room and into the guest room that Nicki and August were arguing in. Hey!! I screamed at them. They both immediately stopped yelling in each other face and looked at me.

Now Would someone explain to me why the h*ll I walked in on a world war III in my living room. Well... Nicki started. I don't have all day I said getting agitated.

When me and August came back from going to get some food Jr was coming back from his friend's house and when we tried to go inside Jr was hiding behind me shaking all scared saying about he did not want to go inside because Dad was on the couch watching tv.

Before Nicki could finish telling me what happened she held her stomach and put her hand over her mouth running towards the bathroom.

Me and August just looked at each other and no second later we heard her throwing up in the bathroom. Oh sh*t Pumpkin August said jumping up and running towards the bathroom.

I shook my head at him and walked towards the bathroom seeing August holding Nicki's hair back and rubbing her back as she threw up in the toilet.

Once Nicki was finished she went to the sink and washed her mouth out with mouthwash. Look mom she said looking at me I am tired and all I want to do is sleep can we just talk about this later plus I do not feel good.

Ok well since it is still early in the day you can take a nap then we can talk about this later.

Nicki's POV

I took my shoes off and laid down in the bed. August I said when he had his hand on the door knob trying to leaving out the room. I know you mad but right now I need my best friend. My cuddle buddy.

Come on Auggie I said practically begged him. He just looked over his shoulder at me and left out the room. August I yelled out the room and seen him walk down the stairs and out the door. Damn it August I mumbled to myself and went back to the room laying down quickly falling asleep.

Once I woke up it was night time and I could smell someone was cooking. I went downstairs to the kitchen to see that my mom was cooking. Hey mom I said and sat at the island. Hey sweetheart my mom said.

So mom has August come back yet. Um my mom said while sitting a plate in front of me. I guess that's a no I said while eatting.

Ugh this was not how the day was suppose to go. My mom came back to the island and smacked the fork out my hand. Girl have you lost your mind you know you suppose to say grace before you eat.

Come on mom I'm really hungry. After she said grace I went back to eating. So mom were is Jr and Dad did they eat already. Jr and your dad already ate.

Your Dad somewhere around the house. Jr is in his room hopefully sleep my mom said. I finished my plate and went back to the kitchen for more. My mom looked at me.

What I am just really hungry do not judge me mom I said. Mmh I just will not say anything but you throwing up, tired, and eating alot.

I'll just sip my tea my mom said while picking up her cup and drinking it. MOM!! I screamed in shock. Are you implying that I am pregnant. I am not pregnant.

Ok if you say so honey. While me and my mom were eating and talking someone was knocking at the door. I went to the door and looked out the peep hole seeing it was August.

I rolled my eyes and opened the door. You lucky I did not leave your a*s out there. I know Pumpkin and I am sorry for blowing up like that earlier forgive me August said.

I folded my arms across my chest mugging him. I do not know. You really hurt my feelings and I needed you. I know and I'm sorry for that August said bringing his hands from behind his back holding a bear with the words Auggie's sorry and a bag full of my favorite junk foods.

Aww August I said wiped the tears from my eyes. Now can a nig*ga come inside it is cold as Jacks out here. I pulled him by his shirt making him lean down to my height.

I Kissed him on the lips and wrapped my arms around his neck. He wrapped his arms around my waist picking me up making me wrap my legs around his waist.

He walked us inside the house closing the door. The kiss was so slow and passionate that I got lost in it. I forgot my mom was in the kitchen until I heard her clear her throat.

I pulled away from the kiss and turned my head seeing her standing their with her hands on her hips. Nice to see you two made up my mom said I blushed hiding my face in the crock of August neck.

Yea hey Mama Carol August said. Boy I should really bet the crap out of you but since I am not cone on inside the kitchen I know you probably hungry she said to August.

Auggie I yawned. You sleepy princess August asked me. I nodded my head yes and closed my eyes going to sleep on his shoulder.

August POV

Well Mama Carol princess is tired and it is kinda late. Oh no it is not a problem go sit I'll go make your plate and bring her stuff down from upstairs.

I sat on the couch with Pumpkin sleeping on my lap. Once Mama carol was finished with my plate and helped me put on Nicki's shoes I was on my way out the door.

Bye Mama Carol see you tomorrow since you know we never got to talk. Once I was home I undressed Nicki putting her in a big t-shirt. I got dressed for bed myself. I laid down in bed pulling princess on top of me dozing off.
