Chapter 7

(Harry's POV)

We arrived at the park at about 12:00 and as soon as we parked, Louis ran straight to the roundabout.

"Spin me, spin me!" he called out as I walked through the park gates. I laughed and ran over to the roundabout.

"Faster, faster!" Louis cried as I started to spin the roundabout round.

"I don't think it can go any faster" I chuckled. Louis was such a child, always having a laugh.

I knew that this was a bad idea, a human and a demontire. I could hurt him. by accident of course. and how will Zayn ever forgive me? I've changed. i swear. I no longer feed of human souls, I have found a way to feed of animals instead. Don't you dare say, "oh poor animals! you beast!" because you eat meat which comes from animals, unless your a vegetarian or vegan or something like that.

I want to be with Louis forever, but that would mean I have to tell the truth. what If he hates me afterwards? well then he doesn't deserve me.

Louis toppled off of the roundabout and into my arms.

"I'm dizzy" he complained earning a laugh from me.

"I bet you are. you were going really fast!" I chuckled. I helped him towards the swings where we sat a while swinging back and forth in silence, but then Louis's phone went off.

"Sorry," he said to me before picking up the phone.

(L = Louis and N = Niall)

L: yellow?

N: hey Lou, me and Zayn have something important to tell you and it would be better if you came here. alone.

L: I'm kind of busy right now, can't you just tell me now.

N: NO! I mean, I'm sorry but it's important and it would mean a lot if you came here to my house now.

L: fine, i'll be there in ten.

N: thank you, bye

L: bye

With that Louis hung up.

"I have to go." he said sadly. I nodded and then gestured towards the car as if to offer him a lift to Niall's. yes I heard the whole conversation because I have super hearing, its all part of the demontire package.

He nodded and then we both drove to Niall's house. when we got there we said our good byes and I was off.

(Louis's POV)

When I got to Niall's front door I froze. what is so important that he had to disturb my date. I knocked three times before the door was opened by the blonde, Irish fella.

"Come in" he said gesturing towards the living room. as I walked in I saw Zayn sitting there. his eyes we red and puffy and his cheeks had dry tear stains on. he had been crying. because of me?

"Louis, I need to tell you something," Zayn started, "please don't freak out. just listen." I nodded "I'm not what you think I am, I'm different, special as Niall might say." he chuckled a bit. there was an awkward pause. "i'm a werewolf." Zayn finished.

I laughed.

"Ha ha, good joke! now tell me what's really up." I said with a hint of sarcasm.

"I'm not joking." Zayn said looking offended. I was shocked. I didn't know what to believe, Zayn could tell. "look," he said standing up. he took off his shirt and trousers so all he was in were his boxers and suddenly he started to get bigger and furry. his teeth got larger and his hands were now paws. he was now in the from of a huge wolf!

I was now hyperventilating.

"Calm down Lou, he's still Zayn. he won't hurt you." Niall said softly. I calmed down but seeing my best friend who I've known like my whole life transform into a wolf is a bit shocking.
