Chapter 1: emotional feelings(part1)

To all the pups who were at the lockout today, life is the same as always but.... for one pup today, he had everything to lose, he really liked chase!

Omg is that chase playing pup pup boggie??
As the mixed breed Rocky stared contently while his friend chase played, Rocky began to smile. As he watched chase dance with his crush Skye. Skye told chase eat my dust as she did a miraculous backflip and tailspin combo

Rocky took one deep breath in and then sighed

ROCKY POV
As I watched on I remembered chase,chase would most likely freak out if he was to confess his feelings to him and would never go with him on a date so, with all that in mind
he whimpered and for the hour he was quiet...
As he layed under the big tree.

Marshall noticing Rocky all by himself
He decided to pay his best friend a visit.

Marshall POV
geez what's with Rocky today?? Usually he was very playful! but today he was different! Thinking of this as he walked up the hill.
Finally he reached his friend(in which felt like it took forever)

Rocky? Marshall said
Yes answered Rocky
Are you ok?
Rocky sighed and said
No I'm not ok Marshall Rocky said
Do you want to talk about it?? Marshall said
No.... go away Rocky said
Rocky Marshall said (with worry in his Voice)
Look we're best buds right??
Yes Rocky replied

Ok......so...... Marshall said as he was trying to approach the situation
But before he could, Rocky beat him to it
Marshall, Rocky said
Yes Marshall replied
Can I tell you a secret? Rocky questioned Marshall
Marshall said very swiftly
Yes Rocky, go ahead ill keep the secret.
Marshall, how do you think about gay people/pups? Said Rocky
Marshall wasn't puzzled by the question
He responded by saying : Rocky is this what it's about?
Rocky said yes and no
Well I don't care if you are gay, black or anything! Marshall said you're still my best friend!
Yeah I know Rocky said, but I like Chase he said

I replied: yeah so, then you should tell him how you feel
No you don't get it Marshall!- Rocky said with anger with tears forming at his eyes
Rocky said: if I tell chase how I feel about he'll think that I'm weird!
Look Rocky! Look at me! You don't know if he'll act like that, if anything he might the same Feelings for you as you have for him.
Rocky looked up at me
Yeah, Marshall, you're right!
I need to tell him how I feel about him!

And then Rocky give me a hug and said
Marshall your the Best friend anyone could ever have!!
Thanks for talking with me :Rocky said
No problem I said back to Rocky
Now go tell him I said and then Rocky was off towards the lookout running as fast as he can

Rocky POV
That was so nice of Marshall to talk to me like that I said thinking as the lookout doors opened and I went inside to find Chase.
I found him sleeping on the TV room floor

I stared at him for a while and then laid right next to him. Figuring that he had to be cold because he was twitching and I thought to myself, I should get up before he wakes up but my body succumb to the drowsiness of the Sandman and before I knew it I was sound asleep.

Marshall came walking in the lookout and saw the two pups sleeping next to one another
He laughed in his head
And mumbled underneath his breath: wow they would make a perfect couple!
And then reality hit Marshall again he sighed
I just hope he keeps the courage to tell Chase how he feels.
I hope Chase doesn't make a big deal of it! If Rocky tells him he likes him.

Marshall mumbled on the last sentence under his breath: if Chase hurts Rocky by telling him he's weird for liking guys! Then he'll wish he was beaten by a big dog!!!

I'll do anything to protect my Rocky! Marshall said (with anger in his voice) as he walked back outside to hfind where Zuma is......
