Chapter 2: emotional feelings (part2)

Marshall POV
"Zuma, Zuma what are you?" Asked Marshall
Then before Zuma could answer Marshall spotted him playing tug-of-war with rubble.
I walked over to them and asked them "do you guys know where Skye is?"

Zuma replied "why would you want to know?"
I told him "it's about Rocky and Chase"
"Ohh"......(a long delay in words)
"Ok?" I said
Zuma quickly said "she's at the beach with Everest"
I replied with"Thanks buddy" and touched his shoulder
I noticed a blush coming on Zuma's face

"No problem Marshall" said Zuma
(Zuma thought as his best friend ran towards the beach)
"Man...I should've told him how i feel towards him" Zuma said under his breath

A/n:"I know Zuma has a speech impediment I'm not sure how he would've said that"😄

After about 5 minutes I finally make it to the beach, being that I need ask sky something I yelled her name "Skye"
She heard me and come out of the water to talk with me.

"What is it Marshall?!?" (She asked in a annoyed voice)
"Look I just need to ask you one question?" "Ok......what is it?" She said
"What do you think of gay people?" I asked
"Well everyone is meant to be happy right?" "Yeah" I replied. "Look I don't really care if someone is gay or not!" She said
"Wait.... I'm gay and so is R....." I said
"Who is it??Do you like him???" She said
"Yes and no"I replied "but that's not why I'm here"
"Oh is it about Rocky and Chase?" She asked "yeah look I can tell you secret right?" I said. "Yeah" she said "ok Rocky likes chase but chase doesn't know that Rocky likes him, so I wanna help but what do I do??" I said "awwww it's sweet that Rocky likes Chase but you should just stay out of it and let them work it out" she said
"Ok so you don't mind them dating or them together right?" I asked the Cockapoo (with a mean look)

"Look I always had a crush on Chase but I've recently found someone else now so I'm happy so why can't they be happy?, look I don't care if they go out, I'm happy for Rocky and I hope Chase is happy too" she said (with everything she has In her)

"Ok thanks Skye I can tell you really like this other pup so, who is it?"
She *sighs* "it's......it's......rubble!"
"Oh Skye I'm so happy for you" I said "look"
"I can talk later but now I need to get back to the lookout" I told her, she nodded In agreement.

I started walking buck to the lookout and started thinking do I really like Zuma??
My mind said: yes!
"Well I can't wait to see what's going on with Rocky and Chase" I said aloud

(*Back at the lookout*) (Time had lapsed about 30 minutes)

Chase POV(in dream now)

I was in the field running, running towards the lookout when all of a sudden I was knocked over I was knocked out I woke up a couple minutes later and had noticed that Rocky was on top of me knocked out too, our muzzles were so close to each other it's almost like we could've kissed without moving, I was about to move but the scent it of the eco pop along with the green uniform he was wearing made me stay and enjoy every moment, which made me feel warm on the inside.

Chase POV: awake

As I start to wake up from my peaceful/restful and I thought: "omg why couldn't I've stayed in that dream longer!!"
And then I realized all of my dreams that I've had in the past month more dreams, they were love dreams about Rocky about me and him together!

I shock off the feeling about loving Rocky, "because I knew he would not date a guy like me, because I thought he had a crush on Everest" so I sighed very loudly it must have been loud enough to stir up Rocky,

Who I didn't know that he was there laying right beside me, I felt a nudge on my back, I slowly rolled over to look at who it was and it was Rocky so me and my brilliant mind thought:"well there he is just snuggle him" well I couldn't be mad at myself because when I snuggled Rocky I felt amazing,warm,happy!!!

I started licking Rocky like crazy and then I heard, Rocky say "I'm glad you are awake I need to tell you something" with hearing that I ran out of the look out and into the woods I kept running till I basically fall down, Now being exhausted,
I found a tree to lay under,
I yelled at myself, I yelled so loud that the pups back at the lookout heard it, said to myself:"why Chase!!, why would you start licking best friends face???"

(Meanwhile back at the lockout)

Marshall POV

I noticed Chase running from lookout and towards the woods,
I had also noticed that he had been crying with that in mind I decided to start running into the lookout to also find my best friend Rocky crying too I ran up to him, and asked "what......what's wrong, Rocky talk to me!!"

But he didn't talk all did was lay there with a frozen expression on his face with tears in his eyes.

I told myself aloud "I knew it!!!! There ain't no way he's getting away with this!!!, I'll tell him a piece my mind, as I'm beating the crap out of him!!!!"

At the moment Rocky had snapped out of his frozen state, he told me "Marshall" (I didn't listen as I was telling myself how to make Chase pay) and then he shouted "MARSHALL!!!" I said "yeah?" (With a whimper)

Rocky:"look don't make him pay"
Marshall:"why not? he said you were weird!!!"
Rocky: "for the record he didn't"......."I was woke up by him licking my face"
Marshall: ohhh,..... how did it make you feel?"
Rocky: really good on the inside, I felt warm for the first time in years"
Marshall: ok, that's good! But what did he did he do??"
Rocky: "all I said was: I'm glad you're awake....I need to tell you something".......
"He stoped licking my face and bolted for the door", "that's all that happened"
Marshall: "ok, so he was awake and licking your face then you said: I need to tell you something and then he ran out leaving you here" , "is that correct??"
Rocky: "yes,.....yes!!

Marshall: "ok.... get up, lets go find him, I saw him running towards the woods"
Rocky:" really you would help me find him?"
Marshall: "yeah I would, I'm sorry for freaking out on you and the situation before I knew.
Rocky: "that's ok Marshall you were doing what any best friend would be doing if he saw what happened, that's why I'm best friends with you!!!"

Marshall POV continued
I started to get teary-eyed and then hugged Rocky tight "thank you" I said
Rocky said " no need to thank me I know you would've done the same thing for me!!"

Marshall: "ok, so Chase went that way"
Rocky: "yeah let's get my love back where he belongs!"

And off we went to go find Chase in the woods, "there's only 2 hours of daylight left" I told Rocky, he nodded "all the more reason to walk faster to find him" he said (with a smile on his face)

A/n: ok so chase ran off after licking Rocky's face, Rocky's best friend Marshall was about seconds from running after chasing beating him up, after he realized what really happened he told Rocky "let's go find him" so now they're off to find chase!
