Angie's Thoughts
I stared at him. His fangs hungrily dug deeper into my neck, making me yelp in pain.
No. No. No. No. No. No.
This isn't true, vampires aren't real. There's no such things as vampires. There's no such things as vampires. There's no such things as vampires?
I could hardly convince myself that they weren't true. I let tears fall down my cheeks. My worst nightmare just came true.
"S-s-stop." I stuttered through the tears. He didn't even move. I put my hands against his chest pushing him. "Stop!" I shouted shoving as hard as I could. His fangs pulled out of my neck, making my hands shoot to the wound. Small droplets of blood dripped onto the mattress of the bed.
"You've got quite a fascinating taste." He smirked. His small pink tongue swiped across his lips, licking away stains. He closed his eyes, as if he was savouring the taste. "Such sweetness. I've never tasted something like that in my life."
I huffed in disgust.
He opened his eyes to reveal two bright red eyes.
Bright red eyes that shone when a vampire was hungry.
"How about giving me some more?" He asked, with a mischievous grin.
Blood was the only source of food a vampire could have.
He leaned in closer, his fingertips wrapping around my neck, a sudden cold and numbing sensation went through me.
There was no heart. There was no warmth. There was never life in a vampire. They're just cold.
I whimpered. He began to chuckle and his hands immediately was removed from my neck, but his lips still lingered against my neck.
"You're disgusting." I finally mumbled out.
"What?" He asked, lifting his head from my neck.
"You're disgusting! You're a monster!" I began to shout as I began to back away from me.
His hands reached out to grab my hand. But I pulled back.
"Don't touch me!" I shrieked. He moved closer but I climbed off the bed, edging closer to the door. "Don't come near me!"
He sat there chuckling at my actions. He began to adjust his eyes back to the normal brown ones and his fangs shrunk back to normal canines.
"What are you?" I asked stupidly.
He let out a small laugh.
"I'm a vampire." He admitted. I gasped. I shook my head.
"No. No. NO! That's NOT true!! They don't exist!" I shrieked.
How could a myth be true?
"CALM DOWN!" He shouted climbing off the bed and walking closer to me.
"DON'T COME NEAR ME YOU DISGUSTING MONSTER!" I screamed.
"Don't fucking tell me what to do! Now you better not tell anyone about this! DO YOU HEAR ME!" He shouted.
"Fuck you!" With such a monster near me, I needed to run. Escape.
And with courage I ran out the door of the room towards the staircase. As if knowing where I was going, I was out of the house when I pushed open a huge main door located downstairs.
"Wait!" a voice called out behind me.
I ignored it and carried on running. My nightmare just came true. Vampires living among humans. Drinking and killing humans. And I was one of the humans that was made into a walking blood bag.
"STOP!" The voice called out behind me. I turned around to see a guy chasing me. He grabbed my wrist pulling me to him.
"Just stop." He hissed.
I stopped but tears spilled out of my eyes and ran down my cheek. He turned me around and I met eyes with an attractive guy. Pale blue eyes shone into my gray ones while his lips was curved into a small frown. His nose was perfectly shaped and he had a mop of blonde hair.
Fear crawled into me as he held me so close. They were beasts. They were beasts who wanted blood.
"P-please just let me go!" I pleaded squirming in his tight grip, but this made him tighten his grip.
"No can do, princess. Now let's get home shall we? Before you get punished." He said in a strong accent.
"Please! I beg of you! I will give you anything if you let me go!" I begged. He licked his lips and his lips formed into a small grin.
"We just want you." He chuckled.
Disgusted, and not losing hope of escaping I kicked him in the shin. Then placed a swift kick to the stomach, making him release his grip on me to clutch his stomach.
I sprinted as fast as I can until I came to a small park filled with children and parents. I quickly scanned through the playground then ran to a tree, hiding behind it. I let out long slow breaths steadying my breathing. I clutched my chest and smiled to myself.
I actually ran away.
I shot my head out to the side the tree to see if he maybe followed but in front of me were still little children and parents playing and laughing.
I felt relieved and safe. I could actually go back to my life. I smiled and turned back around only to see the same blue eyes shining.
Holy shit.
"Thought you could get away so easy, princess?" He scowled.
Uh. Oh.
Someone save me.
