As you all know, there's a psychology fact, and you don't have to be some person who studies psychology to know this fact. I myself came across it while reading a psychology facts book. The fact is that the people -or in this case, ponies- who always prance around with a big happy smile plastered on their faces and seem to be the happiest in the world, are, in fact, the unhappiest. And that's exactly how Pinkie Pie felt on that fateful Friday 13 afternoon, as she trotted around her room, her hair straight as a sheet of paper that's not crumbled or crinkly or wrinkled or having dog ears.

'Come on, Pinkamena. You've already done this... No big deal in doing it again.' A voice seemed to say in her head, again and again, like an endless song. Pinkie slammed her head against her door. She had to get rid of it, somehow. It was driving her mad. It was making her do stuff. Things that she was not proud of.

'Maybe Twilight could help me deal with this' She thought, and made her way to the big crystal castle near the border of Ponyville.

Sometimes, a decision can cause more harm than good, and that's exactly what happened in Pinkie and Twilight's case. I wish I could stop Pinkie from going to the castle, and send her to an asylum instead. But, unfortunately, I'm not in Ponyville. I'm not even in Equestria. I'm in my bedroom, in another world, typing this story.

In another part of Ponyville, Applejack and Rarity were making their way towards Twilight's castle. Twilight's first anniversary of being crowned Princess was drawing near, and Rarity was requested to make dresses for the event. She dragged Applejack along, who had saddlebags full of dresses on either side of the body. When Applejack asked why Rarity couldn't take them by herself, she simply flipped her mane and said..

"They're too heavy."

"Couldn't you ask Big Mac ?" Applejack asked, once they walked half the distance to reach the Castle.

"Well, I would, but.. you see, the problem is that.... some mares ship me and Big Mac." Rarity replied, making Applejack stop short.

"They do what now ?" She asked.

"They ship us."

Applejack simply stared at Rarity with a confused expression on her face. Rarity sighed.

"You see, 'ship' is just short for relationship. In other words, it's kind of like match-making. If any fanmare sees me talking to Big Mac, they'd probably squeal and run to spread the word." Rarity explained. Applejack's mouth formed a small 'o'. Upon hearing some giggling, the two turned to see a couple of fanmares.

"Really, girls ?" Rarity asked.

"What ? It's not my fault that you two rarely interact with stallions." One of them said. The second fanmare nudged the first one.

"Made for each other." She whispered, and the two started giggling again. Rarity rolled her eyes.

"Come one, Applejack." She said, using her magic to drag the earth pony behind her.

Rainbow flew around in the sky, practicing for the latest Wonderbolts program. Fluttershy sat on a cloud, watching Rainbow as she zipped around in the sky. At one point, however, Rainbow lost control of her wings, and started falling down through the Earth. Fluttershy gasped and followed her down. Rainbow, who was trying to regain control, ended up crashing into Twilight's library.

"Ow !" Rainbow exclaimed as Fluttershy flew down next to her.

"Are you okay ?" Fluttershy asked. Rainbow stood up, and tried to extend her wing, but instead, she was met with a surge of pain through her wing.

"Looks like I won't be able to fly in this performance." She muttered.

"Don't worry... the performance is a week away. You'll be fine. Let's you to the hospital, shall we ?" Fluttershy offered. Rainbow groaned. She would be in there for the third time, but she agreed anyway. The two stepped out of the library, and looked here and there.

"Now... which way is the entrance ?" Rainbow asked, looking at Fluttershy. Her eyes widened.

"I.. I don't know." She whispered.

"And then, you should've seen Trixie's face. She was like : "What the hay ? This was supposed to work." Starlight narrated how one of Trixie's tricks was an EPIC FAIL, earning giggles from Twilight and Spike. The three were sitting in the Throne Room, Twilight on hers, and Spike on his. Starlight sat on the throne that Twilight had specially made for her.

Just then a knock sounded on the door.

"I'll get it." Twilight said, and trotted over to the main door. She opened to see who was there, and found Applejack and Rarity standing outside.

"Oh, hey girls !" Twilight greeted. The two mares stepped inside, and Rarity spoke up.

"I've got seven dresses for the ceremony. And.. A tux for Spike."

"Sounds great. Why don't we-" Twilight was interrupted by what sounded like a crash and an "Ow !"

"That sounds like Rainbow Dash." Applejack noted and ran in the direction of the voice, along with Rarity. Twilight was about to follow, but was interrupted by another knock.

She trotted over, and opened the to door to see a mare standing outside, her straight hair covering part of her face.

"Hello, Twilight." Pinkamena said.
