Chapter 3

(The next day)
Y/N's POV:
After I had awoken the sound of keys clinging together became louder and louder. Flintlock unlocked my cell door leaving me puzzled. Last night was still a blur like every other night.

"Morning Miss your father would like to speak with u."

"Do u know what he wants?"

"No but we do have a guest on the ship he would like u to meet." Flintlock unlocks my chain and let's me walk in front while at gun point until we reached my father on the top deck. Next to him there was a boy in a blue gi like Jay wore last night mopping the poop deck.

"Morning father...u wanted to speak to me?" Jay turned around when I spoke his eyes widened in the sight of me.

"Oh my dear y/n come I would like u to meet our new guest and someone that I will a sign u to watch over since u wanted to get out of your cell, u might as well do something useful. " Father lead me to Jay. He taps Jay on the back like they were good friends startling Jay causing him to drop his mop. I could not help but giggle a little.

"Jay this is my daughter y/n she is in charge of watching u while u mop the poop deck while u are here." Father whispers something into Jays ear and leaves without saying anything else to me.

"Hello again." Jay said a little nervous.

"Hi. How did u get here to mop the poop deck? U must have gotten on my fathers good side." I giggled softly causing Jay's face to turn red.

"Oh ummmm.... I was wanting to check up on u but got spotted by one of the pirates and got stuck here. And how is this on his good side should I have given a better treatment?" Jay laughed at my sarcasm. His laugh was the cutest thing I have heard in years.

"U never know with my father." I stand there for a while watching Jay  mop and talking to him once we were alone.

Jay's POV:
This morning I was wanting to see y/n again, so while the others were asleep I snuck out and traveled by my dragon and jumped aboard Nabakhan's ship. Once I had reached the trap door to the cells I was then attacked by 5 pirates all at once. I was brought to Nabakhan and I was given the job of mopping the poop deck all day without a break.....great. Once I started mopping a soft voice appeared out of no where. On a ship of pirates u would never see anyone not sound like them so I was quite surprised. When I turned to the sound there was y/n held at gun point by flintlock heading towards Nabakhan.

"Morning father...u wanted to speak to me?" She said all Innocent. I thought she was supposed to be in her cell. I was surprised how beautiful she looked in the light. After my trance a hand tapped on my back causing me to jump and drop my mop. After picking up everything. Nabakhan and Y/n were standing in front of me. I was wandering if she told her father about me and Cole last night.

"Jay this is my daughter y/n she is in charge of watching u while u mop the poop deck while u are here." Nabakhan introduced me to Y/n but I did not listen since we have already met.

"Don't think of anything." Nabakhan whispered in my ear then left without another word.

"Hello...again"

"Hi....how did u get her to mop the poop deck....." We continued to talk and talk finding that we have a decent about of stuff in common but I don't blame her she has not experienced anything outside her cell before so she did not like much stuff. Once it was lunch time Flintlock came with a plate full of food..... At my surprise it was not for me, it was all for y/n. I continued to mop until someone tapped on my shoulder. It was y/n she had a loaf of bread and a bottle of water that was from her meal that she did not eat.

"You deserve this." She said and gave me the bread.

"Thank you y/n" she is more like a human than a djinn, caring and sweet. A djinn was never like that they were always greedy and selfish but that is not y/n.

"U might want to hurry, they probably will be angry that I gave you food with out them knowing." She said with a smile. I quickly Finnish the bread and the bottle of water. And continued to work for the next hour. Flintlock came again but for y/n and me.

"The captain would like u to join him for dinner." I really did not want to go. But I was at gunpoint so had to go. Once we walked into the dinning hall, a table about a mile long full of food made my mouth water. Nabakhan and y/n sat on one side of the table and one chair I was guessing was for me was placed across from them. I was released from my chains and sat in my seat.

"Dig in, u must be starving." Nabakhan said while he was eating something that looked like sushi. y/n just sat there slowly eating.
(N-Nabakhan J-Jay Y-Y/N)
N: "Why are u not eating?"

J: "I'm not hungry."

N: "Oh please eat u have not eaten all day." Not really...

J: "I'm good and if u think giving me a feast will make me say my last wish. I can bet you wishes I won't!"

N: "Ok no need....I still have your friends who have not made their wishes yet."

Y: "Wait what wishes?"

N: "Jay can tell you everything in the cell hall tonight because that might be the place y'all will be for a while."

J&Y: "WHAT!!!!"

N: "You heard me once u both Finnished your meal Clancy will bring u to both of your cells. No more questions that is final."

Y/N's POV:
Great when I finally get out of that cell I'm brought back and staying there.....why what did we do???? What were these wishes that Jay made that father was talking about?

Once Jay and I had finished our meal, Clancy put our chains on again. The walk back was silent as the crew fell asleep and the dark night wind blew the ship back and forth. Once Jay and I were put in our cells jay told me about his wishes and how he was trying to impress one of his best friends sister because he saw a future with her in some ice that he found while on a mission with the other ninja. I was disappointed in him. he knew that a djinns power is very dangerous when it is used but he still made 2 of his 3 wishes.

"Now that my father has this power, he can turn me human and force me to marry him for ultimate power." the thought of be forced to marry my father and maybe never see him when he has so much power. Tears fell down my eyes.

"Im sorry y/n i did not know." Jay said looking at me while i sat in the cornor that i was at when i first met them yesterday.

"Its ok alot of people didnt know i existed before today." Jays face dropped I could see tears fall down his eyes. Either he just feels bad or he knows how it feels. The bottem of the ship quiet. All you can here was footsteps from the floor above.

"Good Night y/n" Jay said before he slowly falls asleep on the old torn up matress.

"Good Night Jay......" The candle by the small peap hole went out, leaving me in the dark to think. thinking about nothing because that is what I am nothing....
