Confrontation

I woke up the next morning on a couch, my head resting on Peters lap. I quickly got up and checked my surroundings. I saw Henry and Snow sitting at the table talking. I calmed down and walked over to her. She hugged me and I hugged back. She new who I was.

" Aria, you know who this is?" Henry asked me

" Um, yes. Henry this is my sister, Mary Margaret" I said he nodded

" My mom introduced me earlier " I nodded then looked down to see a huge baby bump on snow and my eyes went wide. Snow grabbed my hand and pulled me out the door.

" Congratulations " I said laughing a little bit.

" Thank you, but why did you lie to Henry and tell him I was your sister" she asked confused

" I didn't lie to him. By marriage you technically are my sister Snow" I said to her and she looked at me confused.

" Long story short, I had a very long talk with my father after overhearing what Emma had said, Regina is my birth mother" I said and Snows eyes went wide and she covered her mouth

"Oh my god" She said and Emma walked up behind us

" I'm sorry, it wasn't my business to tell. But I did want you to know" Emma said putting an arm around me

" Thank you" I said and she nodded

" somebody go get Henry, we're going to Granny's for breakfast" Emma said

" what about Peter would it be safe for him to come?" I asked

" um, I'll talk to everyone before you come in so stall him a little" she said and I nodded I walked inside and told Henry everyone was going to Granny's he asked me if I was coming I said I'd be there in a moment. He walked out the door and I looked at Peter sleeping peacefully. I waited a moment before waking him up.

" Hey um, everyone is going down the this little diner called Granny's, you should come with us" I said and he nodded he stood up and pulled me into a hug

" what's this for?" I asked

"Because I held you all last night, listening to cry and ask me why this happened to you" He said. I immediately started blushing

"I'm so sorry" I said

"It's ok. I told you I was here for you and I always will be, I have no idea why but I feel a very strong connection to you" He said my eyes went wide and I hugged him again and pulled away

" Um, let's go to Granny's" I said I brought him downstairs and as soon as we entered everybody stared at him. I mouthed stop and they all went back to their business.

" They were all very close to the person you look like" I said and he nodded we went over the the table and he sat next to Henry they did some type of handshake and I smiled at Charming he smiled back and got up to hug me. Suddenly a cup dropped and everyone got silent. Emma got up and took Regina into the hallway. I snuck up the the hallway and listened to them

"Regina he doesn't remember you. " Emma said

" Does she?"Regina said

"Regina she knows, everything. You need to talk to her" and I accidentally tripped into their view.

" I um, I" I said before running out of Granny's I stood on the side walk and tried to steady my breathing.

"I'm sorry" I turned around to see Regina standing there. " Yes, I gave you up, and yes I did it for a selfish reason. But when Hook told me you were his daughter and I looked at you everything came back to me. Guilt, regret, sorrow. You grew up to be a beautiful young woman. And you look so much like me. I was going to tell you that night in the diner but you walked out before I knew what I was going to say to you" she confessed.

"Was it worth it? Giving me up to be with Snows father?" I asked

" at the time, yes it was. But the moment I looked at you in the diner, it suddenly wasn't worth it anymore." She said tears forming in her eyes. I didn't know if a I wanted to hug her or scream at her. She did admit it, she didn't hide it from me. She realised what she did was wrong.

"Can you give me some time to think" I asked

"Take all the time you need" she told me before getting ready to approach me to hug me then she stopped. I just nodded and walked past her back into Granny's

" Everything ok kid?" Emma asked me and I didn't know, I wasn't sure If everything was ok.

"Let's just focus on the task at hand" I said and looked at Emma waiting for her to give
me a plan. She looked at me then nodded at Henry. Charming got up

"Hey Henry lets go, I'll show you around town." Charming asked him and Henry nodded

"What about Peter?" He asked and I stepped in

"I'll take Peter and show him around" I said and Henry smirked at me. I just scuffed in a playful way. As I was walking out I saw Snow talking to a women with ginger hair. She looked harmless but I still thought Id find out whats going on. I motioned for Peter to wait for me outside and he walked out

"Hey Snow" I said walking over to them

"Oh Aria hello, This is Zelena, she used to be a midwife shes gonna help with the baby" Snow said and I smiled Zelena smiled and I couldnt shake the feeling something was up with her

"Well I must get going their is much work to be done" Zelena said saying her goodbyes and leaving. I shrugged and left to go show Peter around

" So, what are we gonna do first" He asked

"We're gonna walk around town first" I said and he nodded

" So that women, the one that followed you out of the Diner.." He started to ask

"She's my mom. I talked to her. She admitted to everything and explained why she did

what she did. She told me everything I wanted to know" I said

"So do you forgive her?" He asked

"I don't know" I answered

" Did she apologised, was it something you wanted to hear?" He asked

"She told me as soon as she saw my face she regret making the decision she did. She told me at the time it was worth it, but when she realised who I was, nothing she had done in the past seemed worth it" I said

"I think you should forgive her. She clearly wants to be in your life again. As for your father, I couldn't tell you what to do there." He said

"Thank you " I said and he nodded

"Your welcome" he said I smiled but looked down and realised we were still holding hands I blushed he looked down and squeezed my hand slightly. I stopped us in our tracks.

"Um, I think I should go find my mother" I said and he nodded

"Do you want me to come with you?" He asked

" No I think I need to do this alone" I said I noticed Henry and Charming

" There's Henry If you wanna go catch up with them, tell David that I had to go talk to my mother" I said and he nodded before smiling at me then running to go catch up with Charming and Henry. I looked up at the building in front of me. The mayors office. I walked inside and up to her door I knocked slowly before entering. She looked up at me

"Mom" was all I managed the choke out before she got up and wrapped me in her arms
